Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանը մասնակցել է Մարդու իրավունքների ազգային հաստատությունների գլոբալ դաշինքի 2026 թվականի տարեկան համաժողովին
Շվեյցարիայի Համադաշնության Ժնև քաղաք իրականացրած աշխատանքային այցի շրջանակներում Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանը մարտի 31-ին մասնակցել է Մարդու իրավունքների ազգային հաստատությունների գլոբալ դաշինքի (GANHRI) 2026 թվականի տարեկան համաժողովին:
Դաշինքը մարդու իրավունքների ազգային հաստատությունների համար կարևոր միջազգային հարթակ է, որը համախմբում է աշխարհի տարբեր երկրների մարդու իրավունքների ազգային հաստատությունների ներկայացուցիչներին։
Համաժողովի շրջանակում Անահիտ Մանասյանը հանդիպումներ է ունեցել նաև մի շարք օմբուսդսմանների և մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ազգային հաստատությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ՝ քննարկելով մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ոլորտում առկա խնդիրները, մարտահրավերները և համագործակցության հնարավորությունները։
Տարեկան համաժողովի շրջանակում անցկացվել են Մարդու իրավունքների ազգային հաստատությունների գլոբալ դաշինքի Գլխավոր ասամբլեան, տարածաշրջանային ցանցերի հանդիպումները, ինչպես նաև թեմատիկ քննարկումներ։ Այս տարվա քննարկումները կենտրոնացած են եղել հետևյալ առաջնահերթ ուղղությունների վրա՝ թվային միջավայրում մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանություն և խթանում, երեխաների իրավունքների պաշտպանություն, ներառյալ` միգրանտ երեխաների իրավունքների ապահովում, առողջ շրջակա միջավայրի իրավունք և այլն։ Այս համատեքստում ընդգծվել է մարդու իրավունքների ազգային հաստատությունների դերը և նրանց առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերները։
Համաժողովը հնարավորություն է ընձեռել քննարկելու մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ոլորտում առկա հիմնական խնդիրները, փոխանակելու լավագույն փորձը և մշակելու համատեղ մոտեցումներ՝ ազգային հաստատությունների դերի ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ։
ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը վերահաստատում է իր հանձնառությունը շարունակելու ակտիվ ներգրավվածությունը միջազգային հարթակներում և նպաստելու մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության կառուցակարգերի զարգացմանը։
