Փաշինյանը Մոսկվայում սրում է հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները

Ռուսաստանը ցանկանում է, որ Հայաստանում գործող բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերը մասնակցեն ընտրություններին․ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ հանդիպման մեկնարկին հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը։ «Ռուսաստանում շատ հայեր են ապրում։ Մենք համարում ենք՝ ավելի քան 2 միլիոն մարդ։ Եվ Հայաստանում շատ քաղաքական ուժեր կան, որ ռուսամետ են։ Մենք շատ կուզեինք, որ այդ բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերը, քաղաքական գործիչները կարողանային մասնակցել ներքաղաքական աշխատանքին ընտրությունների ընթացքում»,- ասել է Պուտինը։ Առանց անուններ տալու՝ նա նշել է, որ ոմանք ազատազրկված են, «չնայած որ ռուսական անձնագիր ունեն»։ «Դա ձեր որոշումն է, մենք չենք խառնվում։ Բայց կուզեինք, որ նրանք կարողանային մասնակցել այդ ներքաղաքական աշխատանքին»,- շեշտել է նա։
Ակնհայտորեն, Պուտինի այս զգուշացումը վերաբերում է հենց գործարար, բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանին, ով ՌԴ քաղաքացիություն ունի և ներկայումս էլ տնային կալանքի տակ է՝ եկեղեցուն աջակցող իր հայտարարության պատճառով։ Փաշինյանի արձագանքը, մեղմ ասած, դիվանագիտական չէր։ Նա հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանում սոցցանցերը, օրինակ, հարյուր տոկոսով ազատ են, և ոչ մի սահմանափակում չկա։ Նրա ներկայացմամբ՝ շատերը նույնիսկ կարծում են, թե դա չափից շատ է։ Սա, ըստ էության, քար է ՌԴ բոստանը, որտեղ ներկայումս, ուկրաինական պատերազմի պայմաններում, խիստ սահմանափակումներ կան սոցցանցերի վրա։ Փաշինյանը նաև հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանում քաղբանտարկյալներ չկան, իսկ ընտրություններին կարող են մասնակցել միայն այն մարդիկ, ովքեր բացառապես հայկական անձնագիր ունեն։
«Ամենայն հարգանքով ռուսական անձնագիր ունեցողների նկատմամբ՝ Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությամբ նրանք չեն կարող ո՛չ պատգամավորի, ո՛չ էլ վարչապետի թեկնածու լինել»,- ասել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։ Փաստացի, ՀՀ իշխանությունները մերժել են ռուս գործընկերներին, իսկ ռուսամետ քաղաքական ուժերի նկատմամբ ճնշումներն ավելի են սաստկանալու։ Թե ինչ հետևանքներ կարող է այս նոր սրացումը ունենալ Հայաստանի համար, պարզ կլինի ապագայում։
