Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը ՆԱՏՕ-ին ուղղված ևս մեկ կոշտ հայտարարություն է արել՝ սպառնալով դուրս գալ դաշինքից:

«Սա վերանայման ենթակա չէ», - ասել է նա՝ ակնարկելով, որ ԱՄՆ-ն կարող է դուրս գալ դաշինքից Մերձավոր Արևելքի հակամարտության ավարտից հետո։

Պատճառը բնականաբար դաշնակիցների նկատմամբ դժգոհությունն է, որովհետև ՆԱՏՕ-ի երկրները հրաժարվել են մասնակցել Իրանի դեմ ԱՄՆ-ի և Իսրայելի հարվածներին, ինչպես նաև նրանք չեն աջակցել Հորմուզի նեղուցի ապաշրջափակման նախաձեռնությանը:

«ՆԱՏՕ-ն թղթե վագր է։ Եվ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը գիտի դա», կրկին նշել է Դոնալդ Թրամփը:

Հայտարարությունը հրապարակվել է պետքարտուղար Մարկո Ռուբիոյի՝ դաշինքի հետ հարաբերությունների հնարավոր վերանայման վերաբերյալ հայտարարությունից կարճ ժամանակ անց։

Սակայն իրականում կա խնդիր.

ԱՄՆ-ը չի կարող ՆԱՏՕ-ին միայնակ թողնել, քանի որ 2023թ. օրենքի համաձայն (ընդունվել է Ջո Բայդենի օրոք), դրա համար անհրաժեշտ է

կամ Սենատի ձայների երկու երրորդը, կամ ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսի հատուկ բանաձև:

Մեծ Բրիտանիան և նրա վարչապետը նույնպես հայտնվել են նախագահ Թրամփի քննադատության թիրախում: Ծաղրի են ենթարկվել նաև բրիտանական զինված ուժերը. «Դուք նույնիսկ նավատորմ չունեք... ավիակիրները չէին աշխատում»...

ԱՄՆ-ի և նրա եվրոպացի դաշնակիցների միջև լարվածությունը շարունակում է աճել։

Եվ այս ամենի ֆոնին Հայաստանի կապիտուլյացիոն իշխանություններն իբրև թե ձգտում են դեպի Եվրոպական միություն: Դա իր հետ անխուսափելիորեն բերելու է հարաբերությունների անկում (այդ թվում նաև հետաքրքրությունների կորուստ) Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության, Չինաստանի, ԱՄՆ-ի, Իրանի, Վրաստանի, Արաբական մի շարք երկրների և Իսրայելի հետ:

Արժե՞ արդյոք աշխարհաքաղաքական այս բախտորոշ ժամանակահատվածում, երբ այլևս գոյություն չունի միջոզգային իրավունք՝ Էստոնիայի կամ Մոլդովայի «խելքին ընկնել» և պետությունը նոր հարվածների տակ դնելու ռիսկերի գնալ...
