ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ հանդիպմանը հայտարարել է, որ Ղարաբաղի շուրջ իրավիճակը մնում է զգայուն թեմա։

«Իհարկե, մինչ օրս ամենազգայուն հարցը՝ մենք սա հասկանում ենք, մենք հաճախ քննարկում ենք սա՝ ամեն ինչ է, որը կապված է Ղարաբաղի հետ», - ասել է Պուտինը բանակցությունների ժամանակ։

«Ակնհայտ է, որ Պրահայում 2022 թվականին Ղարաբաղը որպես Ադրբեջանի մաս ճանաչելուց հետո ՀԱՊԿ-ի համար բացարձակապես անտեղի կլիներ միջամտել այս գործընթացին, որը ստացել է ներադրբեջանական երանգ», - նշել է նա։

Նա նշել է, որ Փաշինյանի և Ալիևի ջանքերի շնորհիվ Երևանի և Բաքվի միջև հարաբերությունները կայունացել են, և ԱՄՆ նախագահը ակտիվ դեր է խաղացել այս գործում։

Սրան արձագանքել է վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ դա եղել է միայն այն բանից հետո, երբ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության բարձրագույն ղեկավարությունը երկու անգամ հրապարակավ հայտարարել է Ղարաբաղը որպես Ադրբեջանի մաս ճանաչելու մասին։

«Ինչ վերաբերում է Ղարաբաղին, մենք բազմիցս քննարկել ենք այն, հիմնականում աշխատանքային ձևաչափով։ Այո, մենք ճանաչել ենք Ղարաբաղը որպես Ադրբեջանի մաս, բայց մենք դա արել ենք միայն այն բանից հետո, երբ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության բարձրագույն ղեկավարությունը երկու անգամ հրապարակավ հայտարարել է այդ մասին։ Եվ հիշում եք, մենք բազմիցս խոսել ենք այս մասին»,- ասել է վարչապետը։

Նա նաև անդրադարձել է ՀԱՊԿ-ի մասով Պուտինի անդրադարձին։

«Եվ մենք երբեք չենք թաքցրել մեր խնդիրները ՀԱՊԿ-ի հետ, քանի որ 2022 թվականին մենք ունեինք կոնկրետ իրավիճակ, և ՀԱՊԿ մեխանիզմները պետք է գործեին, բայց դրանք չգործեցին։ Եվ սա, իհարկե, հանգեցրեց ներկայիս իրավիճակին՝ մեր հարաբերություններին ՀԱՊԿ-ի հետ»,- հավելել է Փաշինյանը։
