Թմրամիջոցների հետ կապված հանցագործությունների բացահայտման ցուցանիշը աճել է․ Դատախազություն

2025 թվականին Հայաստանում թմրամիջոցների, հոգեմետ նյութերի և դրանց պրեկուրսորների ապօրինի շրջանառության հետ կապված հանցագործությունների թիվը կազմել է 4170՝ նախորդ տարվա 3485 դեպքի դիմաց։

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին նշվում է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության 2025 թվականի տարեկան հաղորդման մեջ։Հաղորդման համաձայն՝ արձանագրվել է 685 դեպքով կամ 19,7 տոկոսով աճ։Թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության դեպքերի թիվը կազմել է 3631՝ 2024 թվականի 3017-ի դիմաց (աճը՝ 20,4 տոկոս)։Միաժամանակ իրացնելու նպատակով թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության դեպքերը կազմել են 2176, ինչը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ աճել է 243 դեպքով կամ 12,6 տոկոսով։Միակ նվազումը գրանցվել է թմրամիջոցների մաքսանենգության մասով․ արձանագրվել է 225 դեպք՝ 2024 թվականի 322-ի դիմաց (նվազում՝ 30,1 տոկոս)։

Դատախազության տվյալներով՝ էապես աճել է նաև հանցագործությունների բացահայտման ցուցանիշը։«2025 թվականի ընթացքում թմրամիջոցների հետ կապված հանցագործությունների բացահայտման ցուցանիշը կազմել է 26,3 տոկոս՝ 2024 թվականի 13,8 տոկոսի դիմաց»,- նշվում է հաղորդման մեջ։Նույն միտումը նկատվում է նաև առանձին ուղղություններով․ թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության բացահայտումը՝ 25,4 տոկոս (2024-ին՝ 13,4 տոկոս),  իրացման նպատակով շրջանառության բացահայտումը՝ 13,2 տոկոս (2024-ին՝ 8,2 տոկոս), մաքսանենգության բացահայտումը՝ 21,8 տոկոս (2024-ին՝ 10,9 տոկոս)։Հաղորդման համաձայն՝ 2025 թվականին առգրավվել է ընդհանուր 768 կգ 886,6 գրամ տարբեր տեսակի թմրամիջոց՝ նախորդ տարվա 426 կգ 563 գրամի դիմաց։Առգրավվել են նաև 235,6 գրամ հոգեմետ նյութեր և 434,42 գրամ պրեկուրսորներ։Դատախազությունը նշում է, որ առգրավված թմրամիջոցների գերակշիռ մասը բնական ծագման է՝ 554 կգ 988,94 գրամ, իսկ 213 կգ 897,66 գրամը՝ սինթետիկ։«Սինթետիկ թմրամիջոցների դեպքում աճը կազմել է ավելի քան 5 անգամ»,- ընդգծվում է հաղորդման մեջ։

Դատախազության գնահատմամբ՝ այս ցուցանիշները վկայում են ոչ միայն ապօրինի շրջանառության ծավալների աճի, այլև բացահայտման արդյունավետության բարձրացման մասին։Միաժամանակ, «Կախվածությունների բուժման ազգային կենտրոն»-ի տվյալներով՝ 2025 թվականի հունվարի 1-ի դրությամբ «թմրամոլություն» ախտորոշմամբ հաշվառվել է 7650 անձ՝ նախորդ տարվա 7772-ի դիմաց։
