Ինչո՞ւ է Փաշինյանը Մոսկվա մեկնում

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այսօր աշխատանքային այցով կմեկնի Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն։ Այցի շրջանակում Մոսկվայում տեղի կունենա վարչապետ Փաշինյանի հանդիպումը ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ։ Պաշտոնական Կրեմլի փոխանցմամբ՝ հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվելու է Հարավային Կովկասում տնտեսական և տրանսպորտային-լոգիստիկ կապերի զարգացումը։ «Հանդիպման ընթացքում նախատեսվում է քննարկել նաև հայ-ռուսական ռազմավարական գործընկերության և դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների ներկա վիճակն ու զարգացման հեռանկարները։ Բանակցությունների առանցքում են լինելու նաև տարածաշրջանային օրակարգի արդիական խնդիրները»,- գրված է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
Հանդիպումը կայանում է Փաշինյանի խնդրանքով, այդ մասին նա ինքն էր հաստատել օրեր առաջ։ Ընդ որում, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, Փաշինյանն է արագացրել այցը, երբ նախօրեին ՌԴ տրանսպորտի նախարար Անդրեյ Նիկիտինը հայտարարեց, թե Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանի երկաթուղու կառավարման կոնցեսիան Ղազախստանին հանձնելու շուրջ բանակցություններ չի վարում։ «Նախ մենք չենք ծրագրում որևէ մեկին կոնցեսիա տալ, և երկրորդ՝ Հայաստանի մեր գործընկերները այդ հարցերը պաշտոնական մակարդակով չեն քննարկել մեզ հետ»,- ասել էր Նիկիտինը՝ բացասական պատասխան տալով այն հարցին, թե արդյոք Ռուսաստանը Ղազախստանի հետ բանակցել է այդ թեմայով։
Փաշինյանը մարտի 26-ին հայտնել էր, որ Երևանը դեմ չէ Հայաստանի երկաթուղին ղազախական կոնցեսիոն կառավարման հանձնելու տարբերակին, եթե այդ հարցում համաձայնություն ձեռք բերվի Ռուսաստանի հետ։ Եվ այժմ այցը, ինչպես կարելի է դատել Կրեմլի հաղորդագրությունից, մեծամասամբ վերաբերում է հենց երկաթուղու խնդրին։ Փաշինյանին Արևմուտքից պարտադրում են արագ ժամկետներում լուծել «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղուն» կոնցեսիայից զրկելու կամ այդ կոնցեսիան այլ, Արևմուտքին լոյալ երկրի փոխանցելու հարցը, և նա մտադիր է անձամբ Վլ. Պուտինի հետ քննարկել հնարավոր տարբերակները։ Մեծ հավանականությամբ, Մոսկվան կմերժի Փաշինյանին։
