Քրեական գործ դպրոցականների նկատմամբ

Երևանի Սուրբ Աննա եկեղեցում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպից հետո ձերբակալված 3 անձանց նկատմամբ քրեական վարույթ է նախաձեռնվել։ Մարտի 29–ին Սուրբ Աննա եկեղեցում միջադեպ էր տեղի ունեցել ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մասնակցությամբ։ Այն պահին, երբ վարչապետը դուրս էր գալիս տաճարից՝ անցնելով ծխականների շարքերով, նրանցից մեկը վրդովված դիմեց թիկնապահին՝ «Տենց չնայես ինձ»։ Հավաքվածներից մեկն էլ շարքի հետևից փորձեց հարվածել Փաշինյանի ուղղությամբ։ ՀՀ վարչապետը թիկնապահներին հրահանգեց հանգիստ մնալ ու չմիջամտել։ Որոշ ժամանակ անց խուլիգանության և պաշտոնատար անձի օրինական ծառայողական և քաղաքական գործունեությանը միջամտելու կասկածանքով 3 անձ ձերբակալվեց։ Նրանցից 2–ը երկվորյակ եղբայրներ են՝ Դավիթ և Միքայել Մինասյանները։ Ըստ ՔԿ խոսնակի տարածած հաղորդագրության՝ 19–ամյա երկվորյակ եղբայրներից մեկի՝ Դավիթ Մինասյանի նկատմամբ հանրային քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցվել խուլիգանության և պաշտոնատար անձի օրինական ծառայողական կամ քաղաքական գործունեությանը միջամտելու հոդվածներով։
Մյուս եղբայրը՝ Միքայել Մինասյանը, մեղադրվում է խուլիգանությանն աջակցելու և պաշտոնատար անձի օրինական ծառայողական կամ քաղաքական գործունեությանը միջամտելուն աջակցելու հոդվածներով։ Միջադեպի 3–րդ մասնակցի՝ ռազմական գործիչ Գևորգ Գևորգյանի նկատմամբ քրեական վարույթ է նախաձեռնվել խուլիգանությունը կազմակերպելու և պաշտոնատար անձի օրինական ծառայողական կամ քաղաքական գործունեությանը միջամտելը կազմակերպելու հոդվածներով։ Ընդ որում, Քննչական կոմիտեն այնպիսի ծանր հոդվածներ է դրել դպրոցականների և Գևորգյանի նկատմամբ, որ նրանց սպառնում է 5 և ավելի տարվա բանտարկություն։ Ի սկզբանե ակնհայտ էր, որ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները փորձելու են ամենախիստ մեթոդներով պատժել շարքային քաղաքացիներին, որպեսզի դա մյուսների համար դաս լիներ։
Եվ այժմ Քննչական կոմիտեի հարուցած այս մեղադրանքը՝ բավականին կոշտ հոդվածներով, վկայում է, որ Փաշինյանը խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ անցել է ռուբիկոնը և ձգտելու է ամեն ինչ անել հանրությանը ահաբեկելու, ընտրություններից առաջ ոստիկանական «բեսպրեդել» իրականացնելու և կրկին վերարտադրվելու ուղղությամբ։ Թե ինչ կպատասխանի հանրությունը, արդյոք թույլ կտա, որ առողջական խնդիրներ ունեցող և բավականին բարձր առաջադիմությամբ երիտասարդների կյանքը խորտակվի հանուն ինչ-որ մի ապազգային իշխանության, պարզ կլինի արդեն հունիսին։
