Ջրային կոմիտեի նախագահ Արամազդ Ղալամքարյանը հանդիպել է ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանի և ՀՀ վարչապետի հասարակական հիմունքներով խորհրդական Անժելա Կժդրյանի հետ։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են ջրային ոլորտում իրականացվող պետական քաղաքականության շրջանակում կրթական, գիտական և հանրային իրազեկման բաղադրիչների զարգացմանը վերաբերող առանցքային հարցեր։

Անդրադարձ է կատարվել՝  բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների եւ գիտահետազոտական կառույցների հետ համագործակցության խորացման անհրաժեշտությանը, ինչպես նաեւ ոլորտում կիրառական գիտելիքի ներդրմանը, ջրային ոլորտում մասնագետների պակասի լրջագույն խնդրին, ջրի նկատմամբ պատասխանատու և խնայող վերաբերմունքի ձևավորմանն ուղղված հանրային իրազեկման միջոցառումների իրականացմանը,  էկոկրթական դասընթացների առավել թիրախային մշակման անհրաժեշտությանը՝ հաշվի առնելով Հայաստանի տարբեր տարածաշրջանների աշխարհագրական և ջրային առանձնահատկությունները, տեղական բուհերից մեկում աշխարհի հեղինակավոր բուհերից մեկի ոլորտային կրթական ծրագրի ներդրմանը՝ պիլոտային կարգով։

 ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության կողմից ներկայացվել է նաև ՀՀ շուրջ 40 բնակավայրերի դպրոցներում ջրի հետ կապված խնդիրների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն։ 

 Ջրային կոմիտեի նախագահը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել «Հայաստան․ Դիմակայուն Սյունիք» և «Ջրային և ոռոգման ծառայությունների բարելավում» (WISE) ծրագրերի շրջանակում համակողմանիորեն ուսումնասիրել բարձրացված խնդիրները՝ դիտարկելով դրանց հնարավոր լուծման ուղիները։ 

Առաջարկվել է ձևավորել աշխատանքային խումբ՝ հետագա քննարկումների և ծրագրերի իրականացման նպատակով։ 

Կողմերը պայմանավորվածություն են ձեռք բերել ակտիվացնել համագործակցությունը՝ միտված համատեղ ծրագրերի մշակմանը և իրականացմանը, ինչպես նաև կրթության և ջրային քաղաքականության միջև կայուն կապերի ձևավորմանը։
