Ռուսաստանը հայտարարել է, որ Հայաստանի երկաթուղիների կառավարման կոնցեսիան Ղազախստանին փոխանցելու հարցը չի քննարկում

Ռուսաստանի տրանսպորտի նախարար Անդրեյ Նիկիտինը հայտարարել է, որ Ռուսաստանը բանակցություններ չի վարում Հայաստանի երկաթուղիների կառավարման կոնցեսիան Ղազախստանին փոխանցելու վերաբերյալ, գրում է «Կոմերսանտը»։
«Կարող եմ ասել, որ նախ, մենք որևէ մեկին որևէ զիջում տրամադրելու ծրագրեր չունենք։ Երկրորդ, մեր գործընկերներն ու պարտնյորները Հայաստանում այս հարցերը մեզ հետ պաշտոնական մակարդակով չեն քննարկել»,- РИА Новости-ին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է Նիկիտինը։ Նա ընդգծել է, որ Ղազախստանի հետ այդ հարցի շուրջ նույնպես որևէ շփում չկա։
2008 թվականի փետրվարին Հայաստանը կոնցեսիոն պայմանագիր է կնքել, որով հանրապետության երկաթուղային տրանսպորտային համակարգը փոխանցվել է «Ռուսական երկաթուղիներ» ընկերության դուստր ձեռնարկության՝ «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղիներ» ընկերության կառավարմանը։ Պայմանագիրը նախատեսում է 30 տարվա կոնցեսիոն պայմանագիր՝ ևս տասը տարի երկարաձգման հնարավորությամբ։
2025 թվականի դեկտեմբերին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը իր ռուս գործընկերներին խնդրել էր արագ վերականգնել երկաթուղու այն հատվածները, որոնք տանում են դեպի Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմաններ (այդ հատվածները անհրաժեշտ են Հայաստանի և ԱՄՆ-ի միջև «Թրամփի երթուղի» տրանսպորտային նախագծի իրականացման համար): Մարտի սկզբին Հայաստանի վարչապետը հայտարարեց Ռուսաստանի հետ երկաթուղու կառավարումը մեկ այլ երկրի, մասնավորապես՝ Ղազախստանի, Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրություններին կամ Կատարին փոխանցելու վերաբերյալ քննարկումների մասին: Մարտի 26-ին Փաշինյանը հույս հայտնեց, որ Ռուսաստանը և Հայաստանը կհամաձայնեն կառավարումը փոխանցել իրենց ղազախ գործընկերներին, սակայն մինչ օրս նրա ռուսաստանցի գործընկերներն այդ տարբերակին հավանություն չեն տվել:
