Այս տարվա հունվարի 3-ին Համայնքային ոստիկանության Ավանի բաժնում ստացվել էր հաղորդում, որ Իսահակյան թաղամասում գտնվող պարի ստուդիայից գողացել են երաժշտական կենտրոն և համացանցի շարժական սարք։ Վնասը կազմել էր 150 հազար դրամ։ Ձեռնարկվել էին համապատասխան գործողություններ, սակայն հանցագործությունը թարմ հետքերով չէր բացահայտվել։
Ավանի համայնքային ոստիկանների օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներն արդյունք տվեցին երկու ամիս անց։

Իրավապահները ստացան տեղեկություն, որ գողությունը կատարել է Ավանի Բրյուսովի թաղամասի բնակիչ 37-ամյա տղամարդը։ Պարզվեց նաև, որ նմանօրինակ գողություն նա կատարել էր նաև անցած տարվա հունվարին․ Ավանի թիվ 54 մանկապարտեզից գողացել էր ձայնարկիչ։ Տղամարդը ձերբակալվեց, խոստովանեց, որ երկու գողությունն էլ կատարել է ինքը, ու ներկայացվեց Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին։

Մարտի 12-ին և 16-ին գողության և գողության փորձի վերաբերյալ հաղորդումներ էին ստացվել Համայնքային ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնում։ Մարտի 12-ի գիշերը կոտրել էին թիվ 103 մսուր-մանկապարտեզի առաջին հարկի աշխատասենյակի պատուհանը և տարել պայուսակ, որի մեջ կային բանկային քարտեր, իսկ մարտի 16-ի գիշերը թիվ 104 մանկապարտեզ ապօրինի մուտք գործած տղամարդը, նկատելով պահակին, դիմել էր փախուստի։

Նոր Նորքի համայնքային ոստիկանների արագ արձագանքման ու օպերատիվ միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվեց, որ երկու դեպքում էլ մանկապարտեզ ապօրինի մուտք է գործել նույն անձը։ Մայրաքաղաքի Ուլնեցու փողոցի բնակիչ 57-ամյա տղամարդը հայտնաբերվեց, ձերբակալվեց և տեղափոխվեց բաժին, որտեղ խոստովանեց, որ գողությունն ու գողության փորձը կատարել է ինքը։
