Կոնվերս Բանկ. «Դրիմ Բրիջմեն Ինթերնեյշնլ Սքուլ»-ի հաջողության պատմությունը (տեսանյութ)
ECONOMICS2020 թվական․.. Քովիդ, անորոշություններ և մարտահրավերներ… Սակայն նաև նոր հնարավորություններ… Հենց այդ ժամանակ էլ ծնվեց միջազգային չափորոշիչներին համապատասխան կրթություն ապահովող կրթօջախ ստեղծելու գաղափարը։
«Դրիմ Բրիջմեն Ինթերնեյշնլ Սքուլ»-ը հիմնադրվեց՝ նպատակ ունենալով ստեղծել կրթական միջավայր, որտեղ երեխաները կստանան ոչ միայն մրցունակ գիտելիք, այլև վստահություն իրենց ապագայի հանդեպ։
Դպրոցի հիմնադրումից հետո՝ ընդամենը մի քանի տարվա ընթացքում, նախակրթարանից սկսված գործունեությունն ընդլայնվեց՝ ներառելով կրտսեր և միջին դպրոցները։ Այսօր արդեն նախատեսվում է նաև ավագ դպրոցի նոր մասնաշենքի գործարկումը, ինչը կամբողջացնի կրթական շղթան՝ տասնյակ աշակերտների հնարավորություն տալով կրթվել ժամանակակից միջավայրում և նոր մեթոդներով։
«Դրիմ Բրիջմեն Ինթերնեյշնլ Սքուլ»-ը կրթական գործընթացը կազմակերպում է ՀՀ հանրակրթական ծրագրի և Օքսֆորդի միջազգային լրացուցիչ կրթական ծրագրի շրջանակի հիման վրա։ Դպրոցի զարգացման հիմքում ոչ միայն կրթության որակն է, այլև ձևավորված վստահությունը թե՛ ծնողների, թե՛ աշակերտների կողմից։ Այդ վստահությունն է խթանել կառույցի ընդլայնումն ու նոր նպատակների ձևակերպումը։
Միևնույն ժամանակ, նման մասշտաբային զարգացման համար կարևոր է նաև վստահելի ֆինանսական գործընկերությունը։ Վերջին տարիներին «Դրիմ Բրիջմեն Ինթերնեյշնլ Սքուլ»-ի գործընկերն է Կոնվերս Բանկը, որի աջակցությամբ կառուցվել է միջին դպրոցի մասնաշենքը, իսկ ներկայումս ընթանում է շուրջ 2000 քառակուսի մետր տարածքով ավագ դպրոցի շինարարությունը։
Ծրագիրը ֆինանսավորվել է Կոնվերս Բանկի Women In Business վարկատեսակի շրջանակում։ Վերջինս նախատեսված է կին գործարարների համար և առանձնանում է որոշումների կայացման արագությամբ ու ճկունությամբ՝ հնարավորություն տալով բիզնեսներին իրականացնել զարգացման ծրագրեր և ապահովել կայուն աճ։
