Ասադը մեկնաբանել է Սիրիայում հնարավոր հրադադարի շուրջ համաձայնությունը

Սիրիան «այլ ընտրություն չունի, քան պատերազմում հաղթանակի հասնելը»: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում է«Արմենպրես»-ը, Դամասկոսում հայտարարել է նախագահ Բաշար Ասադը՝ նախազգուշացնելով, որ երկիրը ելուզակային կազմավորումներից ազատագրելու համար «հարկ կլինի բարձր գին վճարել»:
Ինչպես հաղորդել է ՍԱՆԱ գործակալությունը, Սիրիայի ղեկավարը ելույթ է ունեցել փաստաբանների ազգային արհմիության անդամների առջեւ: Նա նշել է, որ «Արեւմուտքը Սիրիայում հրադադարի մասին սկսեց խոսել այն բանից հետո, երբ ահաբեկիչներն սկսեցին զգալի կորուստներ եւ պարտություններ կրել»: Սակայն, Ասադի խոսքով, «ցանկացած զինադադար պետք է նախատեսի զինյալների զինաթափում»:
«Այն, ինչ տեղի ունեցավ Սիրիայում, ներքին հակամարտություն չէ: Դա պատերազմ է, որը դրսից պարտադրվել է սիրիացի մի շարք գործակիցների աջակցությամբ: Ուստի բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր զենք են բարձրացրել պետության դեմ, ահաբեկիչներ են»,- ընդգծել է Ասադը: Այդուհանդերձ, նա հնարավոր է համարել «հստակ սկզբունքներով» խաղաղարար գործարքների գործընթացի շարունակումը:
«Ինչ վերաբերում է կրակի դադարեցմանը, գործողությունների կասեցմանը, եթե դա տեղի ունենա, ապա դա չի նշանակում, որ կողմերը կդադարեցնեն զենքի կիրառումը»,- Ասադի խոսքը մեջբերել է Reuters գործակալությունը: «Կրակի դադարեցումն առաջին հերթին նշանակում է ահաբեկիչների կողմից իրենց դիրքերի ամրապնդման դադարեցում: Զենքի, սարքավորումների կամ ահաբեկիչների տեղաշարժեր, ինչպես նաեւ դիրքերի ամրապնդում թույլ չի տրվելու»,- հավելել է նախագահը:
Արծարծելով քաղաքական կարգավորման հեռանկարները՝ նախագահը հայտարարել է, որ Սիրիայի կառավարությունը «երկխոսություն չի վարի ահաբեկիչների հետ»: «Որեւէ պետության համար դա ընդունելի չէ, եւ մենք չենք համաձայնի շփումներ ունենալ նրանց հետ»,- ասել է նա:
Սիրիայի ղեկավարն այս հայտարարությունն արել է Դամասկոս ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի հատուկ պատվիրակ Ստաֆան դե Միստուրայի ժամանման նախօրյակին: Իտալացի դիվանագետը փետրվարի 16-ին Սիրիայի ղեկավարության հետ քննարկելու է հակամարտության մասնակիցների կողմից հնարավոր զինադադարի կատարման հեռանկարները, որի կոչով հանդես են եկել Սիրիայի աջակցման միջազգային խմբի մասնակիցները փետրվարի 11-ին Մյունխենում կայացած իրենց հանդիպմանը: Բացի այդ, ՄԱԿ-ի հանձնակատարը ճշտելու է Դամասկոսի դիրքորոշումը մինչեւ փետրվարի 25-ը Ժնեւում կառավարության եւ ընդդիմության պատվիրակությունների միջեւ անուղղակի խաղաղ բանակցությունների վերսկսման հարցում, հաղորդել է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
