Իշխանության հերթական ձախողումը դատարանում

Դատարանը արդարացրել է պետական դավաճանության մեջ մեղադրվող ԱԳՆ աշխատակից Աշխեն Ալեքսանյանին։ Ըստ նրա փաստաբանի, Աշխեն Ալեքսանյանն իրեն մեղսագրվող պետական դավաճանության մեղադրանքով արդարացվել է, իսկ 441 հոդվածով` պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից իշխանական կամ ծառայողական լիազորություններն անցնելը, դատապարտվել։ «Ըստ դատարանի՝ վերջինիս գործողություններում առկա էր ՀՀ Քր Օր.-ի 441-րդ հոդվածի առաջին մասով նախատեսված արարք (առավելագույնը՝ 4 տարի ազատազրկում)»։
Դատախազությունը հայտարարել է, թե անպայման բողոքարկելու է Առաջին ատյանի դատարանի որոշումը։ Հիշեցնենք, ԱԳՆ աշխատակցին կալանավորել էին 2025 թվականի օգոստոսի 29-ին, նշել, որ նա սիրային կապի մեջ է եղել ադրբեջանցու հետ և նրան փոխանցել կարևոր տեղեկություններ։ Եվ այժմ այս արդարացումը բավականին ծանր հարված է թե՛ գործող իշխանությունների և թե՛ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հեղինակությանը ընդհանրապես։
Պետական դավաճանության մեղադրանքը չափազանց ծանր հոդված է, առավել ևս երիտասարդ կնոջ դեմ, և այս արդարացումը վկայում է, որ կամ իրավապահ համակարգը բոլորովին չի աշխատել, կամ էլ չի կարողացել ապացուցել իր իսկ սկզբնական վարկածը։ Ամեն դեպքում կա արդարացման դատավճիռ և առնվազն այս պահին, քանի դեռ վճիռը չի մտել վերջնական ուժի մեջ, կարելի է սա համարել գործող իշխանությունների բավականին լուրջ ձախողումը։
Թեպետ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո բազմիցս են տարբեր անձանց ընդհուպ դավաճանության մեղադրանքներ առաջադրել, բայց դատարաններն արդարացրել են նրանց կամ ստիպել են փոփոխել մեղադրանքը։
