«Միասնության թեւեր» նախաձեռնության հիմնադիր Արման Թաթոյանը գրում է.
«Անկարողությունից ծնված սխալը հաճախ ավելի վտանգավոր է, քան ինքնին հանցագործությունը։
Հայաստանի վարչապետի [Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի] այսօրվա հայտարարությունը, որ հրաժարվում է «պատմական արդարության վերականգնման» օրակարգից, ստրատեգիական անկարողությունից ծնված սխալ է:
Եթե հանցագործությունը կարելի է կանխել կամ դատապարտել, ապա անկարողությունը [այն էլ ստրատեգիական] հետագայում ուղղել հնարավոր չէ․ դա պարզապես քանդում է այն, ինչ գոյություն ուներ։
Գերմանիան չի ջնջել Հոլոքոստի հիշողությունը և դարձել է Եվրոպայում Իսրայելի գլխավոր դաշնակիցը։
Ինքը՝ Իսրայելը, հիշողության վրա կառուցել է տարածաշրջանի ամենաուժեղ պետություններից մեկը։

Նրանցից ոչ մեկը չի ընտրել ժողովրդի իրական հիշողության և այսօրվա կեղծ մեդիա իրականության միջև։ Նրանք բոլորը հիշողությունը վերածել են իրականության հետ աշխատելու գործիքի։
Հայաստանը սա դեռ չի սովորել։ Չիմանալու ճիշտ պատասխանը հրաժարվելը չէ։ Ճիշտ պատասխանը՝ սովորելն է։
Ահա թե ինչ է դա նշանակում լինել կոնկրետ։
Դիվանագիտություն` ցեղասպանության ճանաչման ծրագիր՝ չորս տարվա ընթացքում առնվազն հինգ նոր երկրի կողմից ճանաչում։ Ոչ թե հայտարարություններ, այլ խորհրդարանական քվեարկություններ՝ յուրաքանչյուր երկրի համար հստակ ծրագրով։
Իրավունք` Արցախի հայերի իրավունքների վերաբերյալ միջազգային հայց Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարան կամ Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան։ Կորցրած գույքի գրանցամատյան՝ որպես ապագա իրավական պահանջների հիմք։
Ինստիտուտներ` դպրոցներում պատմական հիշողությանը վերաբերող պարտադիր դասընթաց՝ ոչ թե սոսկ օրացույցի ամսաթիվ, այլ առարկա։ Արցախի հայկական ժառանգության պետական փաստաթղթավորման կենտրոն։
Հիշողությունը ծես չէ։ Դա աշխատանք է։
