Երեխաների առողջ սնունդը կարևոր է նրանց աճի, զարգացման և իմունային համակարգի համար։ Մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս որոշ ճաշատեսակներ օգտագործել զգուշությամբ, քանի որ դրանք կարող են վնասակար լինել երեխաների օրգանիզմի համար։
1. Ֆաստ ֆուդ (բուրգերներ, ֆրի, նագեթս)
Արագ սնունդը պարունակում է մեծ քանակությամբ աղ, ճարպեր և հավելումներ։
