Մինեսոտայի իշխանությունները դատական հայց են ներկայացրել Թրամփի վարչակազմի դեմ՝ նահանգում հակամիգրացիոն ռեյդերի ժամանակ տեղի ունեցած կրակոցների կապակցությամբ։
Հայցում նահանգային իշխանությունները պահանջել են հասանելիություն Մինեսոտայում դաշնային գործակալների կատարած երեք կրակոցներին առնչվող գրառումներին, հաղորդում է Associated Press-ը։
Երկու դեպքում էլ կրակոցները հանգեցրել են մահվան. հունվարի 7-ին ներգաղթի և մաքսային ծառայության (ICE) աշխատակիցը կրակել է Ռընե Գուդի, իսկ հունվարի 25-ին՝ դաշնային գործակալները գնդակահարել են Ալեքս Փրեթին։ Ե՛վ Գուդը, և՛ Փրեթին ակտիվիստներ էին և ԱՄՆ քաղաքացիներ։
Հայցում նշված է, որ դաշնային իշխանություններին չի թույլատրվում «թաքցնել քննչական ապացույցները՝ իրավապահ մարմինների աշխատակիցներին սևեռուն ուշադրությունից պաշտպանելու համար», հաղորդում է BBC-ն։
Հայցում պատասխանողների թվում են ԱՄՆ գլխավոր դատախազ Փեմ Բոնդին և ներքին անվտանգության նախարար Քրիստի Նոեմը, որին Թրամփը ազատել է աշխատանքից մարտի սկզբին, գրում է New York Times-ը։
Մինեսոտայում ներգաղթի վերահսկողությունն ուժեղացնելու գործողությունը սկսվել է 2025 թվականի դեկտեմբերին և ավարտվել 2026 թվականի փետրվարի սկզբին։ Այդ ընթացքում նահանգ է ժամանել գրեթե 3000 դաշնային գործակալ։ Նրանց գործողությունները հանգեցրել են տեղի բնակիչների բողոքի ակցիաներին։
