«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

rk-news.ru–ն «Ու՞ր անհետացավ peace deal–ը. Ադրբեջանն ու Հայաստանը՝ ԱՄՆ հետախուզական զեկույցում» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ ԱՄՆ հետախուզական համայնքի «2026 թվականի տարեկան սպառնալիքի գնահատում» զեկույցում տեղ է գտնվել նաև հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների համար, բայց առանց Թրամփի պաֆոսային «peace deal»-ի («խաղաղության գործարքներ»)։

Զեկույցում նշվում է 2025 թվականի օգոստոսի Վաշինգտոնի գագաթաժողովի դերը, որը ամերիկացիներին իրավունք տվեց Հայաստանի հարավով զարգացնել TRIPP նախագիծը՝ Ադրբեջանը, Նախիջևանը և Թուրքիան կապելու համար։ Գագաթաժողովը դիտվում է որպես «խաղաղության խթան». Ադրբեջանը մասամբ բացել է տարանցումը հայերի համար, իսկ սահմանին կրակոցները դադարել են։ ԱՄՆ-ի համար սա ներկայացվում է որպես ռազմավարական և լոգիստիկ կարողությունների ամրապնդում, և դա՝ բացառապես Ռուսաստանի և Չինաստանի հետ դիմակայության համատեքստում։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, նշվում է խաղաղության հիմնական խոչընդոտը. Բաքուն պնդում է փոփոխել Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունը, ինչը կպահանջի «չերաշխավորված արդյունքով» հանրաքվե։ Վաշինգտոնը անուղղակիորեն ընդունում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարության անկայունությունը, որը առաջնահերթություն է տալիս սահմանադրական փոփոխություններին և փորձում է համոզել հանրությանը, որ դա զուտ «ներքին հարց» է։ Սակայն զեկույցը հաստատում է, որ դա ադրբեջանական պահանջ է։

Տեքստում չեն հիշատակվում մարդասիրական հարցերը՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից հայերի արտագաղթը և հայ ռազմագերիների հարցը։ Դա մնում է բացառապես հայկական սփյուռքի օրակարգի մտահոգությունը։

Ընդ որում, TRIPP–ով տարանցումը դեռևս մշտական չէ և կախված է ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների քաղաքական կամքից։ Սակայն նույնիսկ հաղորդակցությունները բացելու այս ջանքերը բացառապես 2020 թվականի բանակցություններում ռուսական կողմի աշխատանքն են։

Զեկույցը հազվագյուտ անկեղծությամբ ընդունում է ամերիկացիների կողմից առաջնորդվող խաղաղության գործընթացի փխրունությունը և Հայաստանում խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից կարճ ժամանակ առաջ անհանգստացնող ակնարկ է անում, որ հայ հասարակությունը չի աջակցում ադրբեջանական պահանջների կատարմանը։ Նման դեպքում ամերիկացիները կփորձեն հայերի հաշվին ամրապնդել Ադրբեջանի դիրքերը, քանի որ դա ծառայում է Հարավային Կովկասում իրենց շահերին։
