Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, հարգելի՛ տարեցներ,
 
Տարիներ շարունակ մեր պապերն ու տատերը, մայրերն ու հայրերը լսել են սին խոստումներ և կեղծ հավաստիացումներ կենսաթոշակների չնչին բարձրացումների մասին, որոնք այդպես էլ չեն լուծել նրանց կենսական խնդիրները։ Այսօր գործող իշխանությունները փորձում են թոշակի մասնակի բարձրացումը ներկայացնել որպես մեծագույն ձեռքբերում, մինչդեռ իրականում անտեսում են հարյուր հազարավոր տարեցների տարրական առողջական կարիքները։
 
Մենք գիտակցում ենք, որ ավելի քան 300,000 տարեց այսօր ունի ատամնաշարի պրոտեզավորման անհետաձգելի կարիք։ Սա ոչ միայն առողջական խնդիր է, այլև մարդու արժանապատվության հարց։ Առանց պատշաճ սնվելու հնարավորության և առանց ժպտալու իրավունքի՝ ծերությունը վերածվում է զրկանքների շղթայի։
