Երեկ՝ մարտի 18-ին, հերթական արտակարգ դեպքն է տեղի ունեցել ՀՀ Արդարադատության նախարարության «Արմավիր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ժամը 16:30-17:00-ի սահմաններում քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի ծառայողները 4-րդ կորպուսում կանխել են դատապարտյալի ինքնասպանության փորձը և ծառայության ընթացքում հսկիչը դիտանցքից նկատել է, որ կալանավորը կախվել է։ Անմիջապես հսկիչը իր գործընկերների հետ բացել են դուռը, մտել են ներս ու կարողացել են փրկել նրա կյանքը։
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով ինքնասպանության փորձ կատարող տղամարդը սփյուռքահայ է։
Դեպքի մասին քրեակատարողական հիմնարկից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել է ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Վաղարշապատի բաժին, որտեղից էլ հերթապահ խումբը ժամանել է քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ ու դեպքի մասին փաստաթղթեր են կազմել ու այն փոխանցել ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժին, որտեղ դեպքի փաստով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
