VIDEO7-ամյա Մայա Վիթինգթոնի հետ տեղի ունեցածն ապշեցրել է հանրությանը: Սկզբում աղջկա մայրն ընդամենը հայտնաբերել է, որ իր փոքրիկի վիզը սկսել է ուռել: Բժիշկներն այդ ամենը վերագրեցին ուռած նշիկներին, դեղատոմս նշանակեցին և տուն ուղարկեցին նրանց:
Սակայն, շուտով, հայրը նկատեց, որ դեղահաբերը չեն օգնում: Փոքրիկի ներքին ծնոտն այնքան էր ուռել, կարծես գոլֆի գնդակ լիներ, և այտեղից ինչ-որ տարօրինակ բան էր դուրս գալիս: Բժիշկը սկզբում մտածեց, թե բորբոքվել են երեխայի ավշային հանգույցները: Բայց, մի քանի ժամ հետո, ուռուցքի հանելուկն ինքն իրեն լուծվեց:
Պարզվեց, որ այդ ամբողջ ընթացքում, երեխայի վզից դուրս էր գալիս հինգ սանտիմետր երկարությամբ փետուր: Բժիշկներն այդպես էլ չկարողացան բացատրել ծնողներին ստեղծված իրավիճակի պատճառը: Մասնագետները ենթադրում են, որ երեխան ինչ-որ կերպ ներշնչել է կամ կուլ է տվել այդ փետուրը: Այն կանգ է առել կոկորդում, և օրգանիզմը սկսել է ինքն իրեն դուրս հանել այն: Ամեն դեպքում, փետուրն արագ հեռացրել են երեխայի վզից, և հիմա Մայան լիովին առողջ է:
