«Լուսավոր Հայաստան» կուսակցության առաջնորդ Էդմոն Մարուքյանը «Հայ Ազգային Կոնգրես» կուսակցության համագումարի ժամանակ հանդես է եկել գործող իշխանության հասցեին կոշտ քննադատությամբ։ Նրա խոսքով՝ իշխանությունների հայտարարությունները, թե միայն
«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրն» է «խաղաղության կուսակցություն», իսկ մյուսները՝ «պատերազմի կուսակցություն», հասարակության մեջ պառակտման նոր փուլ են առաջացնում։

Մարուքյանի կարծիքով՝ գործող իշխանությունն այս կերպ ինքն իրեն մեկուսացրել է՝ հայտնվելով բարիկադների մի կողմում, իսկ մնացած քաղաքական ուժերը՝ մյուս կողմում։ Քաղաքական գործիչը համոզված է, որ սա յուրահատուկ հնարավորություն է ստեղծում ընդդիմադիր ուժերի համախմբման համար՝ ընտրություններին ընդառաջ։



Նա ուշադրություն է հրավիրել նաև այն հանգամանքի վրա, որ իշխանությունների հռետորաբանությունը փոխվել է․ այժմ հասարակությունը բաժանում են ոչ թե «նախկինների և ներկաների» կամ «սևերի և սպիտակների», այլ խաղաղության կողմնակիցների և պատերազմի կողմնակիցների։ Միաժամանակ, Մարուքյանի խոսքով, հենց «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրն» է հանդես գալիս Սահմնադրությունից անկախության հռչակագրին հղումը հեռացնելու օգտին։

«Միակ ուժը, որը ձգտում է Հայաստանին զրկել իր ծննդյան վկայականից՝ չեղարկելով Անկախության հռչակագիրը, գործող իշխանությունն է։ Հետևաբար մյուս քաղաքական ուժերին մեծ աշխատանք է սպասվում», — հայտարարել է նա։



Մարուքյանը նաև ընդգծել է, որ ստեղծված իրավիճակում որևէ կուսակցություն միայնակ չի կարող հաղթահարել առկա մարտահրավերները։ Նա կոչ է արել ընդդիմությանը նախընտրական պայքարը չվերածել միայն պատգամավորական մանդատների համար մրցակցության։ Նրա կարծիքով՝ վտանգված է Երրորդ Հանրապետությունը, և այս խնդիրը հնարավոր է լուծել միայն համատեղ ուժերով։

«Առաջիկա ընտրությունները աշխարհաքաղաքական ընտրության մասին չեն։ Հայաստանի անկախությունը պետք է պաշտպանենք մենք ինքներս, որովհետև դա մեր ճակատագիրն է», — ամփոփել է քաղաքական գործիչը։



Հայաստանում խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները նշանակված են 2026 թվականի հունիսի 7-ին։
