Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, հարգելի՛ թոշակառուներ,

Այսօր մենք ականատես ենք մի իրականության, որտեղ պետական պաշտոնյան և հասարակ քաղաքացին ապրում են տարբեր մոլորակներում։ Մի կողմում միլիոնավոր դրամների հասնող պարգևավճարներն են, ճոխ աշխատավարձերն ու «ուրախ» ավտոբուսի դիսպետչերները, որոնք իրենց կաբինետների բարձրությունից մեզ հանդիմանում են։ Մյուս կողմում՝ տասնամյակների վաստակ ունեցող մարդն է, ով դեղատան հերթում կանգնած՝ մտածում է՝ դեղը գնի՞, թե՞ հացը։

Ի՞նչ է նշանակում տասը հազար դրամի բարձրացումը։

Երբ միլիոններ ստացող պաշտոնյան հարցնում է՝ «մի՞թե տասը հազարը քիչ է», նա ցույց է տալիս իր լիակատար անտեղյակությունը կյանքից։

* Տասը հազար դրամը նույնիսկ մեկ շաբաթվա դեղորայքի գումարը չէ։

* Տասը հազար դրամը չի փակում գազի ու լույսի անդորրագրերի կեսը։

* Տասը հազար դրամը պարզապես ծաղր է այն մարդու հասցեին, ով իր ողջ կյանքը տվել է այս երկրին։

Մենք տեսնում ենք թվերի անարդարությունը։

Մինչ մեզ համոզում են, թե բյուջեում փող չկա թոշակների շոշափելի բարձրացման համար, մենք տեսնում ենք, թե ինչպես են հարյուրավոր միլիոններ հոսում անիմաստ պարգևավճարների, թանկարժեք մեքենաների և «մեկ անձից» կատարվող կասկածելի գնումների վրա։ Սա միայն տնտեսական հարց չէ, սա բարոյականության հարց է.

* Վերջ տալ պարգևավճարների կամայականությանը. Պետական միջոցները պետք է ուղղվեն նրանց, ովքեր դրա կարիքն ամենաշատն ունեն։

* Արժանապատիվ կենսաթոշակ. Թոշակառուն չպետք է լինի «խնդրողի» դերում։ Կենսաթոշակը պետք է բավարարի ոչ միայն հացին, այլև որակյալ բժշկությանն ու մարդավայել կյանքին։

* Հետադարձ վճարումներ. Մենք պահանջում ենք փոխհատուցել այն բոլոր ամիսները, երբ գնաճը կերել է մարդկանց եկամուտները, իսկ իշխանությունը լռել է։

Այլևս թույլ չենք տալու, որ «ուրախ» պաշտոնյաները մեզ սովորեցնեն, թե ինչպես ապրել աղքատության մեջ։ Մեր պայքարը շարունակվելու է այնքան ժամանակ, մինչև յուրաքանչյուր թոշակառու իրեն զգա պաշտպանված և հարգված իր իսկ պետության մեջ։
