Հայաստանի միներալները. բացահայտելով Հայաստանը (մաս 13)

Հայաստանը համարվում է միներալներով հարուստ երկրներից մեկը։ Երկրի լեռնային կառուցվածքը և ակտիվ երկրաբանական պատմությունը նպաստել են տարբեր տեսակի միներալների ձևավորմանը։ Դրանց մի մասը լայնորեն օգտագործվում է արդյունաբերության մեջ, իսկ մյուսները հետաքրքրություն են ներկայացնում գիտնականների և կոլեկցիոներների համար։
Ստորև ներկայացնում ենք Հայաստանում հանդիպող մի քանի հայտնի միներալներ։
Օբսիդիան
Օբսիդիանն հրաբխային ապակի է, որը առաջանում է լավայի արագ սառեցման արդյունքում։ Հայաստանը համարվում է օբսիդիանի հարուստ պաշարներ ունեցող տարածաշրջաններից մեկը։
Հնագույն ժամանակներում այս քարից պատրաստում էին սուր գործիքներ, նետերի և նիզակների ծայրեր։ Այսօր օբսիդիանն օգտագործվում է նաև զարդերի և դեկորատիվ իրերի պատրաստման մեջ։
Ագաթ
Ագաթը քվարցի տեսակ է, որը հայտնի է իր գեղեցիկ շերտավոր կառուցվածքով և բազմազան գույներով։ Այն հաճախ օգտագործվում է զարդերի և հուշանվերների պատրաստման մեջ։
Հայաստանի որոշ լեռնային շրջաններում կարելի է հանդիպել ագաթի տարբեր տեսակների, որոնք հետաքրքրություն են ներկայացնում ինչպես երկրաբանների, այնպես էլ քարերի սիրահարների համար։
Մոլիբդենիտ
Մոլիբդենիտը մոլիբդենի հիմնական հանքանյութն է։ Այս մետաղը լայնորեն կիրառվում է մետալուրգիայում և բարձր ամրություն ունեցող համաձուլվածքների արտադրության մեջ։
Հայաստանը համարվում է մոլիբդենի կարևոր արտադրողներից մեկը, և երկրի մի շարք հանքավայրերում հանդիպում է այս արժեքավոր միներալը։
Խալկոպիրիտ
Խալկոպիրիտը պղնձի ամենատարածված հանքանյութերից է։ Այն ունի ոսկեգույն երանգ և հաճախ կոչվում է «պղնձի ոսկի»։
Այս միներալը մեծ դեր ունի պղնձի արդյունահանման գործընթացում և կարևոր է արդյունաբերության համար։
Բազալտ
Բազալտը մուգ գույնի հրաբխային քար է, որը լայնորեն տարածված է Հայաստանում։ Այն օգտագործվում է շինարարության մեջ՝ ճանապարհների, շինությունների և տարբեր կառույցների կառուցման համար։
Բազալտը նաև գնահատվում է իր ամրության և դիմացկունության համար։
