Ստամոքսի քաղցկեղը հաճախ զարգանում է դանդաղ և կարող է երկար ժամանակ ակնհայտ ախտանիշներ չառաջացնել: Այս մասին ուրբաթ՝ մարտի 13-ին, խոսել է Ի.Մ. Սեչենովի անվան համալսարանական կլինիկական հիվանդանոցի բարձր որակավորում ունեցող ուռուցքաբան և վիրաբույժ, ինչպես նաև Ուռուցքաբանության հիմնադրամի փորձագետ Միխայիլ Սուդակովը։

Վիրաբույժի խոսքով՝ շատ հիվանդների մոտ ախտորոշումը կատարվում է ուշ փուլերում, քանի որ հիվանդությունը կարող է ախտանիշներ չառաջացնել վաղ փուլերում: Քաղցկեղը կարող է առաջանալ Helicobacter pylori վարակի, ծխելու, ալկոհոլի չարաշահման, ժառանգական նախատրամադրվածության, աղի չափից շատ օգտագործման և լորձաթաղանթի որոշակի նախաքաղցկեղային փոփոխությունների պատճառով։

«Հիվանդության զարգացմանը զուգընթաց կարող են ի հայտ գալ ավելի ցայտուն ախտանիշներ՝ դիսֆագիա (սնունդը փոխանցելու դժվարություն), ստամոքսի պարունակության փսխում՝ տհաճ հոտով, իսկ եթե ուռուցքը քայքայվի, հնարավոր է արյունահոսություն՝ փսխում սուրճի մրուրի նման», - Lenta.Ru-ին ասել է փորձագետը։

Ուռուցքաբանը հավելել է, որ հիվանդության չորրորդ փուլը համարվում է ամենադժվարը, երբ ուռուցքը տարածվում է ստամոքսից այն կողմ և մետաստազավորվում է այլ օրգաններ, որոնցից մեկը հնարավոր ուղղությունն է թոքերը։

Բժիշկը պարզաբանել է, որ Ռուսաստանում տարեկան գրանցվում է ստամոքսի քաղցկեղից մոտավորապես 30,000 մահվան դեպք, քանի որ ուշ ախտորոշումը նշանակում է, որ հինգ տարվա գոյատևման մակարդակը չի գերազանցում 5-7%-ը։ Ստամոքսի առաջադեմ քաղցկեղի լրիվ բուժումը հազվադեպ է, բայց արագ, անհատականացված թերապիայի դեպքում հնարավոր է երկարատև ռեմիսիայի հասնել, եզրափակեց նա։
