Քաղցկեղի դեմ նյութ՝ գորտի աղիքներից

Գիտնականները վերջին տարիներին ակտիվորեն ուսումնասիրում են բնության մեջ առկա նյութերը՝ փորձելով գտնել նոր միջոցներ տարբեր հիվանդությունների բուժման համար։ Այդ որոնումների ընթացքում ուշադրության կենտրոնում են հայտնվել նույնիսկ գորտերը։ Որոշ հետազոտություններ ցույց են տալիս, որ գորտերի օրգանիզմում առկա որոշ նյութեր կարող են ապագայում օգտագործվել քաղցկեղի դեմ պայքարի մեջ։
Մասնագետների ուշադրությունը հատկապես գրավել են այն մոլեկուլները, որոնք հայտնաբերվել են գորտերի մարսողական համակարգում և աղիքային միկրոֆլորայում։ Այդ նյութերը պատկանում են պաշտպանական պեպտիդների խմբին, որոնք բնականորեն օգնում են կենդանուն պաշտպանվել բակտերիաներից և այլ միկրոօրգանիզմներից։
Հետազոտությունների ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ նման պեպտիդները որոշ լաբորատոր փորձերում կարողանում են ազդել նաև ուռուցքային բջիջների վրա՝ խանգարելով դրանց աճին կամ տարածմանը։ Այս պատճառով գիտնականները սկսել են ավելի խորությամբ ուսումնասիրել այդ միացությունները՝ հասկանալու համար, թե ինչպես կարող են դրանք օգտագործվել բժշկության մեջ։
Մի շարք փորձեր իրականացվել են նաև այնպիսի տեսակների վրա, ինչպիսին է Xenopus laevis-ը՝ աֆրիկյան ճանկավոր գորտը, որը լայնորեն կիրառվում է կենսաբանական և բժշկական հետազոտություններում։ Այդ կենդանու օրգանիզմում հայտնաբերված պաշտպանական պեպտիդները հետաքրքիր հատկություններ են ցուցադրել լաբորատոր պայմաններում։
Այնուամենայնիվ, գիտնականները զգուշացնում են, որ նման բացահայտումները դեռևս գտնվում են վաղ փուլում։ Մինչ դրանք կդառնան իրական դեղամիջոցներ, անհրաժեշտ են երկար տարիների փորձարկումներ՝ պարզելու համար դրանց արդյունավետությունն ու անվտանգությունը մարդկանց համար։
Մասնագետների խոսքով՝ բնությունը հաճախ պարունակում է այնպիսի կենսաբանական լուծումներ, որոնք կարող են դառնալ ապագա բժշկության հիմքը։ Գորտերի օրգանիզմում հայտնաբերված նյութերը ևս կարող են մի օր դառնալ նորարարական դեղամիջոցների աղբյուր, սակայն մինչ այդ անհրաժեշտ է շարունակել մանրակրկիտ գիտական ուսումնասիրությունները։
