«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

kapital-rus.ru–ն «Փաշինյանը «մեջքից հարված» է պատրաստում. ռուսական զորքերը սպառնալիքի տակ են Հայաստանում» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ ռազմական բլոգեր Միխայիլ Զվինչուկը իր «Ռիբար» Telegram ալիքում զգուշացրել է, որ Շիրակի 102-րդ ռուսական ռազմաբազայի շուրջ իրավիճակը դառնում է ավելի ու ավելի լարված և անկանխատեսելի։ Նա հայտարարել է, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ, սադրանք են պատրաստում, որը կարող է հանգեցնել ռուսական զորքերի՝ երկրից վտարմանը։

Զվինչուկի խոսքով, հայկական կողմը միտումնավոր բարդացնում է փոխգործակցությունը ռուսական զինվորականների հետ. համատեղ ՀՕՊ հրամանատարական կետում հայերը հրաժարվում են տրամադրել ռադարային տվյալներ և շփվում են բացառապես հայերենով։

Հատկապես մտահոգիչ է փետրվարի կեսերից ի վեր Հայաստան ժամանող ուկրաինական համարանիշերով բեռնատարների թվի աճը։ Իրանում հակամարտության և այդ երկրի օդային տարածքի փակման ֆոնին, որը բարդացնում է բազայի մատակարարումը, իրավիճակն ավելի մտահոգիչ է դառնում։ Փորձագետի խոսքով, զինվորականները վախենում են, որ անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի կիրառմամբ հնարավոր սադրանքները կարող են վնասել քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքները, ինչը հարմար առիթ կլինի ռուս զինվորականների դեմ մեղադրանքներ առաջադրելու համար։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, Փաշինյանը վերջերս հայտարարել է, որ ռուսական բազան ներկայում չի խանգարում Հայաստանի «եվրոպական ձգտումներին»՝ ակնարկելով ապագայում հնարավոր փոփոխությունների մասին։ Զվինչուկի խոսքով, հայկական իշխանությունների տեղեկատվական սադրանքներն ու գործողությունները նպատակ ունեն պայմաններ ստեղծել ռուսական զորքերի դուրսբերման համար, ինչը համապատասխանում է արևմտյան վերահսկիչների և թուրք-ադրբեջանական դաշինքի շահերին։ «Մինչ Իրանի շուրջ պատերազմ է ընթանում, Շիրակում կարող է նախադեպ ստեղծվել, որը կծառայի որպես պատրվակ ռուսական զորախմբի դուրսբերման համար։ Շիրակի բազայի շուրջ տեղեկատվական սադրանքները, որոնք հստակորեն աջակցվում են Հայաստանի իշխանությունների կողմից, վաղուց արդեն հստակեցրել են այն, որ Երևանը փորձում է հարթել ռուսական զորախմբի դեմ հարվածի ճանապարհը։ Հաշվի առնելով, որ դա ոչ միայն արևմտյան վերահսկիչների, այլ նաև թուրք-ադրբեջանական դաշինքի հիմնական պահանջներից մեկն է, նման սցենարը ավելի քան հավանական է», - եզրափակել է Զվինչուկը։
