Ադրբեջանում հայ բանտարկյալներին արգելվում է Աստվածաշունչ ստանալ. USCIRF

«Ադրբեջանում հայ բանտարկյալներին, ըստ նրանց ընտանիքների, արգելվում է կրոնական նյութեր, մասնավորապես՝ Աստվածաշունչստանալ»,-այս մասին նշվում է ԱՄՆ Միջազգային կրոնական ազատության հանձնաժողովի(USCIRF) 2026թ. տարեկան զեկույցում:
Զեկույցի՝ Ադրբեջանին վերաբերող մասում ասվում է, որ փետրվարին USCIRF-ի պատվիրակությունը մեկնել է Ադրբեջան՝ գնահատելու կրոնի ազատության պայմանները և հանդիպելու կառավարական պաշտոնյաների հետ։ «Թեև ադրբեջանական կառավարությունը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել USCIRF-ի հետ երկխոսելու հարցում, այնուամենայնիվ, այդ ժամանակից ի վեր այն էական առաջընթաց չի գրանցել կազմակերպության առաջարկությունների իրականացման ուղղությամբ»,-արձանագրվում է զեկույցում։
Փաստաթուղթն անդրադարձել է նաև Արցախի հայկական պատմամշակութային ու քրիստոնեական հուշարձանների ճակատագրին: «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում և հարակից տարածքներում գտնվող պատմական հայկական կրոնական հուշարձաններըշարունակում են վտանգի տակ մնալ՝ Ադրբեջանի կողմից 2020 և 2023 թվականներին այդ տարածքների վերահսկողությունից հետո։ Հուլիսի դրությամբ արբանյակային պատկերների վերլուծությունը հայտնաբերել է ութ ոչնչացված և ևս տասը վնասված կրոնական վայր, այդ թվում՝ եկեղեցիներ, գերեզմանոցներ և այլ մշակութային արժեքներ»։
Ներկայացված է նաև հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Վիքի Հարթզլերի՝ Ադրբեջանի վերաբերյալ հատուկկարծիքը, ըստ որի Ադրբեջանը «Հատուկ դիտարկման երկների» ցանկից պետք է տեղափոխվի կրոնական ազատությունների տեսակետից ավելի վատ վիճակում գտնվող՝ «Հատուկ մտահոգության երկների» շարք, քանի որ երկիրը շարունակաբար, բացահայտ և կոպտորեն խախտում է կրոնական ազատությունը։
«Երկիրը արտաքուստ հայտարարում է, որ աջակցում է կրոնական ազատությանը, սակայն ներքուստ անում է հակառակը։ Այն խոշտանգում է իր քաղաքացիներին, վերահսկում է կրոնական գործունեությունը, վտարում է անկախ լրատվամիջոցներն ու Կարմիր Խաչին, և ոչնչացնում է կրոնական ժառանգության վայրերը։
Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից մոտ երկու տասնյակ հայ քրիստոնյա բանտարկյալները, որոնք դատվել են փակ դռների հետևում՝ առանց բավարար իրավաբանական օգնության, ենթարկվել են ծեծի, հոգեբանական բռնության, բժշկական օգնության և պատշաճ սննդի մատչելիության բացակայության,զրկվել են Աստվածաշնչից, խաչի դաջվածքներն ենայրելու միջոցով ջնջվել։ Ոստիկանությունը պատասխանատվության չի ենթարկվում այս գործողությունների համար»:
Նա նաև նշում է, որ եթե Ադրբեջանը ցանկանում է լինել Միացյալ Նահանգների լիարժեք գործընկեր և խթանել ընդհանուր տնտեսական ու ռազմավարական նպատակները, պետք է կատարի իրական քայլեր՝ կրոնական ազատությունն իրականում ընդունելու ուղղությամբ։
