Մարտի 3-ին, արտառոց դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզում։ Ժամը 10։40-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Վեդիի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Եղեգնավան գյուղի 37-ամյա բնակչուհին նույն օրը առավոտյան մտել է գյուղի միջնակարգ դպրոց, որտեղ շուրջ 10-ից 15 րոպե անհասցե հայհոյանքներ հնչեցրել՝ խաթարելով դպրոցի բնականոն աշխատանքը, այնուհետև մտել դպրոցի տնօրեն, Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 49-ամյա Հասմիկ Մ․-ի աշխատասենյակ, իր մոտ գտնվող պայուսակից հանել խոհանոցային դանակը և սպառնացել, որ այդ դանակով կսպանի նրան։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ոստիկանության Վեդիի բաժնի ծառայողների կողմից ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ մարտի 3-ին ժամը 10։15-ի սահմաններում Նունե Մ․-ն մտել է վերոնշված դպրոց, որտեղ դպրոցի կոլեկտիվի և աշակերտների ներկայությամբ անհասցե շուրջ 10-ից 15 րոպե հայհոյանքներ է հնչեցրել՝ խաթարելով դպրոցի բնականոն աշխատանքը, փնտրել տնօրենին, մտել նրա աշխատասենյակ պայուսակից հանելխոհանոցային դանակ, պահել տնօրենի ուղղությամբ, մոտենալով նրան՝ հնչեցրել է սպանության սպառնալիքներ՝ ասելով կմորթեմ, կսպանեմ, իսկ տնօրեն Հասմիկ Մ․-ն այդ սպառնալիքներն իրական համարելով փախել է աշխատասենյակից։
Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով ոստիկանության Վեդիի բաժնի ծառայողները պարզել են, որ այդ ամենից հետո դպրոցի աշխատակիցների հորդորով Նունե Մ․-ն դպրոցից դուրս է եկել և նկատելով բակում կայանված Հասմիկ Մ․-ի կողմից շահագործվող «BMW» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան՝ իր մոտ եղած նույն դանակով ավտոմեքենան քերծել է՝ պատճառելով գույքային վնաս։
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով Նունե Մ․-ն հանցանք կատարած լինելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի առկայության հիմքով, հայտնաբերվել, ձերբակալվել, տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Վեդիի բաժին, որտեղ վերջինիս անձնական խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել է հանցագործության գործիքը։
Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Վեդիի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վեդիի քննչական բաժին։
