Արման Հարությունյանը ծնվել էր 1994 թվականին Տավուշի մարզի Ոսկևան գյուղում: 2012 թվականին, պարտադիր զինծառայությունից զորացրվելուց հետո, որպես պայմանագրային ծառայող զինվորագրվում է Նոյեմբերյանի գնդում՝ պաշտպանելու համար հայրենի գյուղի սահմանները: Երիտասարդը որոշում է ուսումը շարունակել սահմանի վիճակը կարգավորվելուց հետո, սակայն նրա բոլոր երազանքներն այդպես էլ անկատար են մնում՝ թշնամու գնդակի պատճառով: Արման Ալիկի Հարությունյանը զոհվում է 2015 թվականին հայրենի սահմանները պաշտպանելիս:

Հետմահու պարգևատրվում է Արիության մեդալով: Նրա ընտանիքը բազմանդամ է՝ յոթ անձ՝ ծնողները, երկու եղբայրներն ու երկու քույրերը, եղբոր կինն ու զարմիկը: Ընտանիքն ապրում է ծայրահեղ ծանր պայմաններում, չկա աշխատող ձեռք, բոլորը գործազուրկ են: Արմանի փոքր եղբայրն ուսանող է, սովորում է Երևանում, ունի բավականին մեծ առաջադիմություն, մեծ քույրը 1991 թվականին ծնված Գոհարիկը նույնպես աշխատանք չունի, իսկ փոքրիկ քույրը՝ Թերեզան, սովորում է 4-րդ դասարանում: Ծնողները չեն կարողանում նույնիսկ վճարել գերեզմանաքարի արժեքը, համագյուղացի վարպետն ի հիշատակ հերոսի մատչելի գնով է աշխատանքը կատարել՝ 200 000 դրամով, սակայն նրանք չեն կարողանում վճարել անգամ այդ գումարը:

Ցանկացողները կարող են գումար փոխանցել «Արշակ Դաբաղյանի անվան Մայր Մանե» ՍՀԿ-ի հաշվեհամարներին՝ «նպատակ» բաժնում նշելով «Արման Հարությունյանի ընտանիքին»:
