Սրտանց շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ Մարտի 8-ի՝ Կանանց միջազգային օրվա առթիվ։
 
Հայաստանում այս օրը սկիզբ է դնում կանանց միամսյակին, և մինչև ապրիլի 7-ը յուրաքանչյուր օրը առիթ է տղամարդկանց՝ ամուսինների, որդիների, հայրերի և, իհարկե, գործընկերների համար շնորհավորելու կանանց։
Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը մեծ և բազմապրոֆիլ կոլեկտիվ է, որտեղ այսօր աշխատում է ավելի քան 4700 աշխատակից։ Այս մեծ թիմի կարևոր մասն են կազմում կանայք, որոնք մեր կոլեկտիվի շուրջ 20 տոկոս են։
 
Այս ցուցանիշը բարձր է լեռնահանքային արդյունաբերության ոլորտին բնորոշ միջին մակարդակից։
Սա ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցում է, որ ժամանակակից լեռնահանքային արդյունաբերությունը վաղուց դադարել է լինել բացառապես տղամարդկանց ոլորտ։
 
Մեր ընկերությունում կանայք հաջողությամբ աշխատում են ամենատարբեր ուղղություններով՝ արտադրությունում, լաբորատորիաներում, ինժեներատեխնիկական ստորաբաժանումներում, բնապահպանության ոլորտում, ինչպես նաև վարչական և կառավարման համակարգում։ Նրանցից շատերը զբաղեցնում են պատասխանատու ղեկավար պաշտոններ։
 
Լեռնահանքային արդյունաբերությունը բարդ ոլորտ է, որը պահանջում է բարձր մասնագիտական պատրաստվածություն, կարգապահություն և մեծ պատասխանատվություն։ Այդ իսկ պատճառով հատկապես կարևոր է նշել մեր կին գործընկերների նշանակալի ներդրումը ընկերության կայուն զարգացման գործում։
Մենք նաև հպարտանում ենք, որ ԶՊՄԿ-ում գործում է կորպորատիվ արդարության կարևորագույն սկզբունքներից մեկը՝ հավասար աշխատանքին՝ հավասար վարձատրություն։ Մեր ընկերությունում մասնագիտական կարողությունները, գործին նվիրվածությունը և աշխատանքի արդյունքները գնահատվում են անկախ սեռից։
 
Սակայն ձեր դերը չի սահմանափակվում միայն մասնագիտական ձեռքբերումներով։ Շատ դեպքերում դուք հաջողությամբ համատեղում եք պատասխանատու աշխատանքը ընտանիքի, երեխաների և հասարակության հանդեպ հոգատարության հետ։ Ուժի, պատասխանատվության և հոգատարության այս համադրությունն առանձնահատուկ արժեք է հաղորդում մեր կոլեկտիվին։
 
Սիրելի գործընկերներ,
 
շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում ձեզ ձեր աշխատանքի, գործին նվիրվածության և պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի համար։ Ձեր ներդրումը կարևոր դեր ունի ոչ միայն ԶՊՄԿ-ի հաջողությունների մեջ, այլ նաև մեր համայնքների և ողջ երկրի զարգացման գործում։
 
Մաղթում եմ ձեզ ամուր առողջություն, երջանկություն, նոր հաջողություններ և ձեռքբերումներ ինչպես մասնագիտական գործունեության մեջ, այնպես էլ անձնական կյանքում։
