Սադրանք «մոլոտովի կոկտեյլով»

Համացանցում երեկ մի տեսանյութ էր տարածվել, թե ինչպես է մի քաղաքացի փորձում հրկիզել Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության շենքը։ Բավականին երկար կանգնելով շենքի դիմաց՝ նա այրում է «մոլոտովի կոկտեյլը», նետում ԱԱԾ դարպասների վրա։ Հանցագործություն կատարելու կասկածանքով մեկ անձ ձերբակալվել և ներկայացվել է նախաքննական մարմին, հայտնում են Ներքին գործերի նախարարությունից։ Ընդ որում, կասկածյալի ինքնությունը չի հաղորդվում, բայց իշխանական լրատվամիջոցները շտապեցին հայտարարել, թե ԱԱԾ շենքի ուղղությամբ «մոլոտովի կոկտեյլ» նետողը Սամվել Կարապետյանի աջակից է, որը եկել է Ռուսաստանից։
Այն, որ այս սադրանքը կարող է կազմակերպված լինել և իրականացվել իշխանությունների կողմից, որևէ կասկած չկա։ Ոչ Սամվել Կարապետյանին, ոչ էլ նրա աջակիցներին ձեռք չի տալիս նման սադրանքներ հրահրելը, ավելին, դա գործող իշխանությունների ձեռագիրն է։ Խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ մտահոգված լինելով գործարար, բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի և նրա թիմի կտրուկ առաջընթացից՝ փորձելու են նման սադրանքներով անընդհատ ինչ-որ բաներ կազմակերպել։
Ի վերջո, տեղի ունեցածի մեջ իշխանությունների շահագրգռությունը ավելի քան երևում է, որովհետև Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության շենքը ամենապաշտպանվածներից մեկը պետք է լինի Հայաստանում, մինչդեռ որևէ մեկը չի մոտենում հենց փողոցում նախապատրաստվող և վառվող շիշ նետող անձին՝ ըստ էության ապացուցելով, որ նախապես տեղյակ են եղել կատարվելիքի վերաբերյալ։
