Մտահոգիչ միտումներ. Ամերիկյան հարցումների «մութ կողմը»

Միջազգային հանրապետական ինստիտուտը երեկ վերջապես հրապարակեց իր հարցումների արդյունքները, որոնք անմիջապես աչք էին զարնում իշխող ուժի համար թվեր ուռճացնելու հանգամանքով։ Հիշեցնենք՝ շաբաթներ շարունակ հայտնի է, որ ամերիկյան կառավարական հաստատությունը հարցումներ է անցկացրել Հայաստանում, բայց չի հրապարակում։
Ապա և տեղեկություն տարածվեց մամուլում, թե իշխանությունը փորձում է համոզել հրապարակել հարցման արդյունքները՝ ուռճացնելով իրենց թվերը։ Ուստի հարցման մեջ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրին» տված բավականին բարձր, իսկ ընդդիմությանը տված ցածր տոկոսները լուրջ համարել չի կարելի։ Փոխարենը այս հարցումը բավականին մտահոգիչ միտումներ է արձանագրում։ Հարցին, թե ո՞ր քաղաքական կուսակցությանը կամ դաշինքին կքվեարկեիք, եթե խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները լինեին հաջորդ կիրակի, հարցվածների 5 %-ը պատասխանել էր, թե կփչացնի քվեաթերթիկը, 8 %-ը՝ թե չի մասնակցի քվեարկությանը։ 30 %-ը չի որոշել կամ դժվարանում է պատասխանել, ևս 9 %-ը հրաժարվում է պատասխանել։
Այսինքն՝ հարցվածների 53 %-ը որևէ նախընտրություն չունի կամ չի ցանկանում մասնակցել։ Այս հարցումից և նրա արդյունքներից կարելի է դատել, որ մարդիկ հիասթափված են, չեն ուզում գնալ ընտրությունների։ Ընդ որում, հիասթափված են թե՛ իշխանությունից և թե՛ ընդդիմությունից, ապագայի նկատմամբ էլ վստահություն ու հավատ չկա։ Իսկ սա հենց բխում է իշխանության շահերից՝ այնպես անել, որ հնարավորինս քիչ ընտրողներ մասնակցեն ընտրություններին։ Միայն այդ դեպքում է, որ փաշինյանական իշխանությանը կհաջողվի ապահովել իր վերարտադրությունը, և բնական է, որ գործող իշխանությունները վերջին շրջանում հենց այդ մարտավարությունն էլ ընտրել են՝ հանրությանը համոզելու իրենց ընտրվելու անխուսափելիության մեջ և հիասթափեցնելու, որպեսզի չգնան ընտրություններին։ Մեկ այլ մտահոգիչ հանգամանք այն է, որ Փաշինյանի ընտրողների հիմնական մասը 56 և ավելի բարձր տարիքի անձինք են։
Երիտասարդությունը տոտալ զզվում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունից։ Բայց հենց տարեցներն են, որ ավելի ակտիվորեն են մասնակցում տարբեր ընտրությունների, մինչդեռ երիտասարդությունը առանձնապես ակտիվ չէ այս առումով, և սա էլ ևս պետք է մտահոգի ընդդիմությանը՝ ավելի լուրջ աշխատանք տանելու ընտրողների շրջանում։
