Ռազմական գործողությունների մեկնարկից ի վեր՝ ՀՀ դեսպանությանը դիմել են Հայաստանի քաղաքացիություն ունեցող երկու քաղաքացիներ։ Նրանցից մեկն առանց խոչընդոտների վերադարձել է Հայաստան։ Երկրորդ քաղաքացու վերադարձի կազմակերպման գործընթացը շարունակվում է, և դեսպանությունը նրա հետ գտնվում է մշտական կապի մեջ։ Այդ մասին ասված է ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակի Ֆեյսբուքի էջում:

«Դեսպանությունն օրական ստանում է միջինում 15-20 հեռախոսազանգ, որոնք հիմնականում վերաբերում են Հայաստան-Իրան սահմանի անցանելիությանը։ Իրանից Հայաստան և Հայաստանից Իրան սահմանային անցումները հայաստանյան կողմում իրականացվել են բնականոն ռեժիմով։

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, Իրանից Հայաստան տեղափոխվող ՀՀ քաղաքացիների՝ սովորականից էապես տարբերվող հոսք չի նկատվել:

Իրանում կապի սահմանափակումներով պայմանավորված՝ ՀՀ դեսպանությունը նաև աջակցում է Իրանում գտնվող հայերի վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունների փոխանցմանը նրանց հարազատներին։

Բացի ՀՀ քաղաքացիներից, դեսպանությանն են դիմում նաև օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիներ՝ Հայաստան մուտքի հնարավորությունների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն ստանալու նպատակով։ Նրանց տրամադրվում են համապատասխան պարզաբանումներ և անհրաժեշտ ուղղորդումներ։

Միաժամանակ, դեսպանությունն անհրաժեշտ աջակցություն է ցուցաբերում Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունում հավատարմագրված մի շարք դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունների դիվանագետներին և նրանց ընտանիքների անդամներին՝ ըստ անհրաժեշտության Հայաստանի տարածքով դեպի իրենց երկրներ վերադարձի կազմակերպման հարցում»,- նշված է գրառման մեջ։
