Մեր ծրագրով նախատեսում ենք ստեղծել մթերման կայաններ Հայաստանով մեկ, որը կօգնի հայ գյուղացուն իր աճեցրած ապրանքը հեշտ վաճառել՝ իր տնից հեռու չգնալով։ Այս մասին, այսօր՝ մարտի 6–ին, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության անդամ Նարեկ Կարապետյանը։
Նշենք, որ ասուլիսը կազմակերպվել էր ջերմոցում։
«Մեր երկրի հիմնական խնդիրներից մեկն այն է, որ մեր գյուղացիները խնդիր են ունենում իրենց ապրանքը վաճառելու հարցում, և երկիրը չի կարողացել այսքան ժամանակ լուծել այդ խնդիրը։ Օրինակ, հարևան երկրներում հայկական գյուղմթերքի մեծ պահանջարկ կա, սակայն ՀՀ գյուղացին ապրանք արտադրելով չի կարողանում այն արտահանել, որովհետեւ չկա միջնորդ։ Մթերման կայանը կլինի այդ միջնորդը, որը կգնի, կպահեստավորի մթերքը և հետագայում կամ կարտահանի, կամ կվաճառի հայկական շուկայում։ Սա վերաբերում է թե բանջարեղենին, թե մրգերին, թե մսամթերքին»,–ասաց նա։
Նա շարունակեց. «Մենք գիտենք, որ Հայաստանը մսամթերքը ներմուծող երկիր է, չնայած, որ մեր գյուղերը պատրաստ են իրենք արտադրել այդ կարևոր կուլտուրան, բայց խնդիր ունենք մենք. մեր երկրում չկա վաճառքի ինստիտուտ, այսինքն, մարդիկ, եթե ունեն, օրինակ, ֆերմա, հնարավորություն չեն ունենում վաճառք իրականացնել Հայաստանում կամ Հայաստանի դուրս, որովհետև չկա լավ միջնորդ։ Լավ միջնորդը կլինի մթերման կայանը, որը շատ կարևոր օղակ է Հայաստանի գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման համար»։
Նարեկ Կարապետյանը հայտարարեց, որ Հայաստանի գյուղատնտեսությունը այս պահին վերջին ութ տարիների ընթացքում անկում է ապրել. «10% - ով մեր գյուղատնտեսության անկում է ապրել։ Մենք 2018 թվականիմակարդակի գյուղատնտեսություն արդեն չունենք, և գյուղատնտեսական այս տարվա բյուջեով պլանավորված ծախսերը գյուղատնտեսության ուղղությամբ նույնպես կրճատվել են»։
