«Մանչեսթեր Յունայթեդի» պաշտպան Հարի Մագուայերը դատապարտվել է 15 ամսվա պայմանական ազատազրկման

«Մանչեսթեր Յունայթեդի» պաշտպան Հարի Մագուայերը մեղավոր է ճանաչվել 2020 թվականին Հունաստանում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի գործով և դատապարտվել 15 ամսվա պայմանական ազատազրկման։
Ինչպես հայտնում են Daily Mail պարբերականը և լրագրող Բեն Ջեյքոբսը, անգլիացի ֆուտբոլիստը մեղավոր է ճանաչվել ոչ լուրջ մարմնական վնասվածքներ հասցնելու մեջ։
Հիշեցնենք, որ աղմկահարույց միջադեպը տեղի էր ունեցել 2020 թվականի օգոստոսին՝ Հունաստանի Միկոնոս կղզում, որտեղ Մագուայերն ընտանեկան հանգիստն էր անցկացնում։ Տեղի բարերից մեկում ֆուտբոլիստն ու նրա ընկերները վիճաբանության և ծեծկռտուքի մեջ էին մտել այլ անգլիացիների հետ։ Դեպքի վայր ժամանած ոստիկանների ուղղությամբ Մագուայերի խումբը նույնպես հարձակում էր գործել, ինչի հետևանքով պաշտպանն ու նրա երկու ընկերները ձերբակալվել և տեղափոխվել էին ոստիկանական բաժանմունք։
Սկզբնական դատավճռով Մագուայերը դատապարտվել էր 21 ամսվա պայմանական ազատազրկման. նրան մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել հարձակման, ձերբակալությանը դիմադրելու և կաշառք տալու փորձի համար։ Սակայն ֆուտբոլիստի փաստաբանները բողոքարկել էին այդ որոշումը, ինչի արդյունքում դատարանը վերանայել է գործը և մեղմացրել պատիժը՝ սահմանելով 15 ամիս պայմանական ժամկետ։
Ակնկալվում է, որ Մագուայերն այս վճռի դեմ նույնպես բողոքարկում կներկայացնի՝ գործը հասցնելով արդեն Գերագույն դատարան, ուստի դատական քաշքշուկները դեռ կշարունակվեն։
