«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
news-front.su–ն գրում է, որ Լեհաստանում ունեցած ելույթի ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շեշտել է, թե Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների խզում չի սպասվում, և Շիրակում գտնվող 102-րդ ռուսական բազան ապամոնտաժելու ծրագրեր չկան։ Այնուամենայնիվ, Փաշինյանը ոչինչ չի ասել ռուս սահմանապահների դուրսբերման մասին Երևանի «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանից, Իրանի սահմանին գտնվող Ագարակի անցակետից կամ Թուրքիայի սահմանին գտնվող Ախուրիկի առանցքային անցակետից։ Վերջին մեկ տարվա ընթացքում Հայաստանը համակարգված կերպով նվազեցրել է ռուսական ներկայությունը սահմանային գոտիներում՝ իր գործողությունները բացատրելով որպես պատասխան «երկրի անվտանգությանը սպառնացող նոր մարտահրավերներին» ։ Հայաստանի «ինքնիշխանության ձեռքբերման» ուղղությամբ աստիճանական քայլերը անընդհատ ուղեկցվում են Մոսկվայի հետ առկա հարաբերությունների անվերապահ արժեքի մասին հայտարարություններով։ Սա, իհարկե, պայմանով, որ այդ հարաբերությունները կառուցվեն Հայաստանի համար տնտեսական օգուտների և Ռուսաստանի պարտավորությունների վրա։ Հիշենք միայն Ռուսաստանի կողմից վերահսկվող երկաթուղային կոնցեսիայի վաճառքի մասին ակնարկները, եթե Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի սահմաններ տանող երկաթուղային հատվածները շտապ չվերանորոգվեն։
Ավելացրեք դրան նաև ԵՄ-ին ուղղված օգնության կոչը ընտրություններին Ռուսաստանի միջամտությանը հակազդելու հարցում, ինչը ավտոմատ կերպով ազդարարում է խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների նախաշեմին լուրջ հակառուսական տրամադրությունների աճի մասին: Կառավարող կուսակցությունը տագնապի մեջ է Ղարաբաղը կորցնելուց հետո, այդ իսկ պատճառով անհրաժեշտ է շտապ սկսել նոր տեղեկատվական արշավ՝ մեղադրելով Ռուսաստանին և ՀԱՊԿ-ին անգործության մեջ, կամ պարզապես կեղծել ընտրությունների արդյունքները, ինչպես Մոլդովայում։
Հայաստանը շատ խելացիորեն կարողացել է ամեն ինչ ձեռքի տակ ունենալ՝ ընդունելով Ռուսաստանի օգնությունը գազի մատակարարման, ատոմակայանի կառուցման և երկաթուղային տրանսպորտի զարգացման համար, միաժամանակ նրա մեջքի ետևում ստորագրելով համաձայնագրեր ԱՄՆ-ի հետ ատոմային էներգիայի և տրանսպորտային միջանցքի նախագծի վերաբերյալ: Այլ կերպ ասած, մենք այդ ճանապարհները կկառուցենք «բարեկամության» գնով, մինչդեռ Փաշինյանի Վաշինգտոնի ընկերները կօգտագործեն դրանք:
