Այս պահի դրությամբ արդեն ունենք ընդամենը 10 հազար քաղաքացի, որ դեռեւս չի ընտրել իր կենսաթոշակի վճարման տաբերակն անկանխիկ ձևով։ Այս մասին, այսօր՝ մարտի 4–ին, ԱԺ–ում կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ նշեց ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը։
«Այսօր մեր վերջին օրեն էր դա թույլ տալու կամավոր կերպով։ Վաղվանից ինքնաշխատ եղանակով մոտ 10 հազար քաղաքացիներ կբաշխվեն 4 բանկերի միջև՝ նաև աշխարհագրական հասանելիությունը հաշվի առնելով։ Ինձ մեկ րոպե առաջ գրեցին, որ 4 բանկերի հետ համաձայնագրերն արդեն կնքված են, և կսկսվի առաքումների գործընթացը։ Բազմիցս նշել ենք, որ որևէ քաղաքացի զրկված չի լինելու իր կենսաթոշակն ստանալու իրավունքից։ Բոլոր առաքումներն իրականացվելու են։ Ավելին, եթե առաջին անգամ առաքումը ձախողվի այս կամ այն պատճառով, երկրորդ առաքումը տեղի ունենա։
Ինչ վերաբերում է անկանխիկ առևտրի հասանելությանը, ապա բոլոր տնտեսվարողները պարտավոր են ունենալ անկանխիկ վճարման տերմինալներ և իրավունք չունեն մերժել որևէ քաղաքացու իրականացնել անկանխիկ գնում։
Եթե կա որևէ տնտեսվարող, որը հրաժարվում է անկանխիկ ձևով քաղաքացուն վաճառել որևէ ապրանք կամ ծառայություն, դա ապօրինի է»,–ասաց նա։
Թորոսյանը կոչ արեց անուններով նշել, թե որ տնտեսվարողն է տարբեր աճպարարություններով հրաժարվում անկանխիկ վճարում ընդունելուց։
