Մամուլում անանուն նամակի հիման վրա հրապարակվել է հոդված՝ ռազմարդյունաբերական ընկերությունների հետ նոր եռամյա պայմանագրերի ծրագրի վերաբերյալ, որում ներկայացված են մի շարք սխալ ենթադրություններ։

Տեղեկացնում ենք, որ ռազմարդյունաբերական ընկերությունների նոր եռամյա պայմանագրերի ծրագիրը բազմափուլ քննարկումներ է անցնում։

Այս տարվա հունվար-փետրվար ամիսների ընթացքում գերատեսչություններում մի շարք հանդիպումներ և խորհրդակցություններ են տեղի ունեցել ռազմարդյունաբերական ընկերությունների հետ եռամյա ծրագրի նախագծի վերաբերյալ, որոնք ուղղված են ռազմարդյունաբերական համալիրի զարգացմանն ու տեղական արտադրության խթանմանը։ Վերջին՝ առավել լայն ընդգրկմամբ քննարկումը տեղի է ունեցել փետրվարի 27-ին ՀՀ Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստում։

Ինչ վերաբերում է այս գործընթացի ժամկետներին, հայտնում ենք, որ առաջիկա մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում Կառավարությունը կընդունի համապատասխան որոշում, որի հիման վրա կկնքվեն գնման պայմանագրերը։ Ըստ այդմ՝ բոլոր գործընթացները մինչև հունիսի սկիզբ ավարտված կլինեն։
Սա 2023-2025 թթ. ծրագրի շարունակությունն է, որի շրջանակում ՀՀ Կառավարությունն ավելի քան 171 միլիարդ դրամի պայմանագիր է կնքել մոտ 28 ոլորտային ընկերությունների հետ՝ որպես ազգային ռազմարդյունաբերական համալիրի զարգացման կարևոր քայլ։ Նոր ծրագիրն արդեն նախանշված է 2026-2028 թվականների համար ավելի քան 150 մլրդ դրամ բյուջեով, և պաշտպանության նախարարությունն այս պահին նախաձեռնության շուրջ բանակցություններ է վարում ավելի քան 30 ընկերությունների հետ։ 

Նախորդ եռամյա ծրագրի քննարկումները, հիշեցնենք, տևել են մոտ 6 ամսից մինչև մեկ տարի։
