Բրազիլիայի իշխանությունները 200 հազար զինվորների են ուղարկել՝ պայքարելու Զիկա վիրուսի դեմ

Բրազիլիայի իշխանությունները ռազմածովային ուժերի, ռազմաօդային ուժերի եւ ցամաքային զորքերի 200 հազարից ավելի զինվորականների են ուղարկել՝ պայքարելու Զիկա տենդի վիրուսի տարածման դեմ, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով Times հրատարակությանը: Երկրի ամբողջ տարածքում զինծառայողների տեղաբաշխումը վիրուսի դեմ «պատերազմի» բաղկացուցիչ մասն Է, որը հայտարարվել Է երկրի նախագահ Դիլմա Ռոուսեֆի կողմից:
Կառավարությունը հայտնել Է, որ զինվորները, բուժաշխատողների եւ մոծակների դեմ պայքարի հատուկ խմբերի աշխատակիցների ուղեկցությամբ, բնակչությանը սովորեցնելու են՝ ինչպես իրենց վտանգազերծեն վիրուսի տարածման շրջաններում: Զինծառայողները պետք Է շուրջ 3 մլն տուն այցելեն 356 քաղաքներում ու գյուղերում, տեղեկատվական բուկլետներ բաժանեն բնակիչներին եւ կարճ կոնսուլտացիա անցկացնեն:
Զիկան ֆլավիովիրուս է, որը մաս է կազմում վիրուսների նույն ընտանիքի, որոնք դեղին տենդ, Արեւմտյան Նեղոսի տենդ, չիկունգունյա եւ դենգե են առաջացնում: Սակայն ի տարբերություն շատ վիրուսների, Զիկայի դեմ պատվաստանյութ գոյություն չունի: Բուժող դեղամիջոցներ` եւս:
Զիկա վիրուսը վտանգավոր է նրանով, որ կարող է միկրոցեֆալիա առաջացնել այն երեխաների մոտ, որոնց մայրերը վարակվել են հղիության ընթացքում: Միկրոցեֆալիան նյարդաբանական խանգարում է, որի դեպքում երեխայի գլուխը նորմայից անհամեմատ փոքր է լինում, ինչն ուղեկցվում է զարգացման լուրջ շեղումներով:
Անցյալ տարվա նոյեմբերից Բրազիլիայում միկրոցեֆալիայի արդեն 404 դեպք է գրանցվել: Համեմատության համար, 2014-ին երկրում միկրոցեֆալիայի ընդամենը 146 դեպք կար: Առայժմ չհաստատված դեպքերն անհամեմատ ավելի շատ են` ավելի քան 3500:
Սովորաբար Զիկա վիրուսը փոխանցվում է Aedes մոծակի խայթոցից: Սակայն կարծիք կա, որ վիրուսը փոխանցվում է նաեւ սեռական ճանապարհով. ԱՄՆ-ում արդեն գրանցվել Է վիրուսի փոխանցման մեկ դեպք: Բացառված չէ նաեւ, որ վիրուսը կարող է փոխանցվել արյան եւ մարմնի այլ հեղուկների միջոցով: Արյան մեջ վիրուսը պահպանվում է մեկ շաբաթ, դեռ պետք է պարզել, թե ինչքան է ապրում սերմնահեղուկում: ԱՀԿ-ի եւ Հիվանդությունների վերահսկողության եւ կանխարգելման ամերիկյան կենտրոնի տվյալներով, Զիկա վկրուսն այսօր տարածված է Բարբադոսում, Բոլիվիայում, Բրազիլիայում, Կանաչ Հրվանդանու մ, Կոլումբիայում, Կոստա Ռիկայում, Կյուրասաոյում, Դոմինիկյան Հանրապետությունում, Էկվադորում, Սալվադորում, Ֆրանսիական Գվինեայում,
Գվադելուպում, Գվատեմալայում, Գայանայում, Հաիթիում, Հոնդուրասում, Ճամայկայում, Մարտինիկում, Մեքսիկայում, Նիկարագուայում, Պանամայում, Պարագվայում, Պուերտո Ռիկոյում, Սեն Մարտեն կղզում, Սուրինամում, Սամոայում, Տոնգոյում, ԱՄՆ-ի Վիրգինյան կղզիներում եւ Վենեսուելայում, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
