Հինգ մեղք Մեծ Պահքի ընթացքում․ ինչը բացարձակապես չպետք է անել մարտի 2-ից 8-ը

Մեծ Պահքի երկրորդ շաբաթը սկսվում է 2026 թվականի մարտի 2-ին։ Ի՞նչն է հատկապես վտանգավոր անել այս ընթացքում։
1. Մեղք. Ոչ պահքային սնունդ ուտելը: Իհարկե, Մեծ Պահքի երկրորդ շաբաթը շատ ավելի քիչ խիստ է, քան, օրինակ, առաջինը, երբ նույնիսկ տաք սնունդ ուտել չի թույլատրվում: Այնուամենայնիվ, այս շաբաթվա ընթացքում բացարձակապես չի կարելի ոչ պահքային սնունդ ուտել կամ որևէ բան խմել: Այս շաբաթվա ընթացքում մեծ տոներ չկան, ուստի և מגווןներ չկան:
Երկրորդ մեղքը մահացած հարազատներին բարի խոսքերով չհիշելն է: Այդ օրվա շաբաթ օրը Ծնողների օրն է. ընդունված է աղոթել մահացած հարազատների համար, գնալ եկեղեցի՝ նրանց համար մոմ վառելու և հուշատետրեր հանձնել: Գերեզմանատուն այցելելը հնարավոր է, բայց պարտադիր չէ: Բայց մահացածի մասին բարի խոսք չասելը, կամ ավելի վատը՝ վատ խոսք ասելը շատ վատ է:
3-րդ մեղքը՝ սարդերի սպանությունը։ Այս հոդվածոտանիները շատ համոզմունքների համաձայն համարվում են ընտանեկան օջախի պահապաններ, և նրանց վնասելը, այսինքն՝ նրանց սարդոստայնը մաքրելը, բնակարանում հետապնդելը և հատկապես սպանելը, համարվում է շատ վատ։
4. Մեղք. Օրերը, հատկապես կիրակի օրերը, կանանց և զուտ տղամարդկանց (տղամարդկանց) ընկերակցությամբ անցկացնելը: Այս օրը հիշատակվում է մեր երկրի ամենասիրված և ամենաբարի սրբերից մեկի՝ Մոսկվայի Մատրոնայի մասունքների տեղափոխումը : Սա նաև այն օրն է, երբ ընդունված է ամեն ջանք գործադրել ընտանեկան կյանքը և երեխաների ծնունդը կազմակերպելու համար, այլ ոչ թե սգալու կամ նախկինների մասին բամբասելու:
Մեղք 5. Մարտի 8-ը չափից շատ նշելը ։ Ակնհայտ է, որ սա մեր երկրում կանանց ամենակարևոր տոնն է, բայց քանի որ այն ընկնում է Մեծ Պահքի շրջանում, մենք պետք է փորձենք զսպել մեզ և չխմել, չուտել արագ սնունդ կամ չտրվել չափազանց զվարճանքին։
Բայց ամենակարևորը աղոթելն է, խուսափել սոցիալական ցանցերից, դատարկ զրույցներից, ծոմ պահելը և դրական տրամադրվածություն պահպանելը: Սա ամենակարևոր բանն է Մեծ Պահքի այս շաբաթում, ինչպես մյուս բոլոր շաբաթներում:
