Քպ վարչախումբը պարզապես գողանում է հայաքվեի մտքերը ։ Դեռ անցյալ տարի ենք հանդես եկել թոշակները հիսուն տոկոսով բարձրացնելու և ամեն տարի դրանք ինդեքսավորելու առաջարկով։ Այդ ամիսներին ամբողջ քպ կոտորում էր իրեն, բա թէ դուք պոպուլիստներ եք, բա թէ բյուջեում փող չկա։ Խոսել են բոլորը, վարչապետ, փոխվարչապետ,թորոսյան և տասնյակ պաշտոնյաներ։ Հայաքվեն հաստատակամորեն աշխատում էր ժողովրդի հետ և առաջ տանում մեր օրակարգը։ Տասնյակ հազարավոր քաղաքացիներ միացել էին մեր հանրագրին։ Խաբեբաների խմբակը վախից կուչ եկավ և կատարեց մեր առաջարկը, բայց գրագողերի ձեռագրով։ Բա թէ եկող տարվանից կինդեքսավորենք թոշակը։Սրանից հետո, հարգելի քաղաքացիներ, իմացեք ,որ հայաքվեն է որոշում երկրի զարգացման ուղենիշը և մեր ծրագիրն է ամենից հիմնավորված և մարդկայինը։ Մենք շարունակում ենք աշխատել ի շահ մեր երկրի և նրա քաղաքացիների։
