Ավելի վաղ Թիկնիզյանը, ի թիվս այլ թեմաների, խոսել էր սոցիալական ցանցերի բուռն զարգացման դարաշրջանում թիմի գլխավոր մարզչի հետ մշտական շփումների և անհատական զրույցների կարևորության մասին։ Ընդ որում, ֆուտբոլիստը բացահայտ քննադատության էր ենթարկել «երկաթուղայինների» գլխավոր մարզիչ Միխայիլ Գալակտիոնովին։
Անդրադառնալով այս իրավիճակին՝ Ուլյանովը РБ Спорт-իմ հարցին ի պատասխան հնչեցրել է ակումբի դիրքորոշումը.
«Նախևառաջ, ֆուտբոլիստն իր պիտանելիությունն ու արժեքը պետք է ապացուցի անմիջապես խաղադաշտում։ Եվ երկրորդ կարևոր հանգամանքը՝ յուրաքանչյուր խաղացողի նկատմամբ պետք է առանձնահատուկ մոտեցում ցուցաբերել, քանի որ ամեն մի դեպք խիստ անհատական է», — նշել է Ուլյանովը։
