Անահիտ Ամատունին Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Արդյո՞ք համակարգը կգնա կադրային ջարդի կամ այսպես ասած, «սեփական մոլախոտների» հեռացման ճանապարհով ցույց կտա ժամանակը, ամեն դեպքում հասարակ քաղաքացին հենց այս հարցի պատասխանն է փնտրում:
Իհարկե Սերժ Սարգսյանը գեղեցիկ շարադրված տեքստերի միջոցով հանրությանն առավել վառ մեսիջներ հղեց, բայց հանրությունը ավելի քան երբևէ արագ արդյունք է ակնկալում, բայց ոչ թե տնտեսական աճի կամ քաղաքական համակարգի դեգրադացման գործընթացի դեմն առնելու, այլ իր աչքի համար էական փոփոխություն մտցնելու համար:
Քաղաքացին չի հավատում, որ քրեական հեղինակությունների (ոչ դասական, պաշտոնյայի պաշտոն զբաղեցնող), օդիոզ դեմքերի, խորհրդային միության բեկորների միջոցով կարելի է երկրում փոփոխության հասնել:
Քաղաքացու գիտակցությամբ-ենթագիտակցությամբ այդ փոփոխությունը սկսում է կադրային փոփոխություններով, ինչի արդյունքում կհեռանան մարդիկ, ովքեր նպաստել են համակարգի դեգրադացմանն ու փլուզման ռիսկեր առաջացրել: Նայեք մեր պաշտոնյաներին կառավարությունում, ՏԻՄ համակարգում, պետական տարբեր կառույցներում. արդյո՞ք նրանք կարող են հավատ ներշնչել. պատասխանը միանշանակ է՝ ոչ:
Կառավարության անդամների նվազագույնը 40%-ը փոփոխման ենթակա է, ՏԻՄ ղեկավարների 80%-ը, Երևանի վարչական շրջանների 90%-ը…
Ամենակարևորը՝ այդ փոփոխությունները պետք է լինեն մինչև 2017-ի խորհրդարանական ընտրոթյունների շրջափուլ, հետո կարող է ուշ լինել:
