Newmag հրատարակչությունը «Ֆասթ Բանկ»-ի հովանավորությամբ հայերեն է թարգմանել և տպագրել համաշխարհային բեսթսելլերների հեղինակ Ադամ Գրանտի երկու հայտնի գրքերը՝ «Ինքնատիպները» և «Թաքնված ներուժը»։ «Ինքնատիպների» հեղինակը պատմում է, թե ինչպես դառնալ ստեղծագործ, հակադրվել խմբային մտածողությանը և իրականացնել ոչ ստանդարտ գաղափարներ: Նա գիտական հետազոտություններով և իրական օրինակներով է ցույց տալիս, որ ստեղծագործությունը հմտություն է, որը կարելի է զարգացնել՝ հաղթահարելով վախը, ժամանակին գործելով։ Իսկ «Թաքնված պոտենցիալը» գիրքը խոսում է յուրաքանչյուր մարդու ներսում թաքնված հնարավորությունների մասին: Հեղինակն օգտագործում է կրթության, առաջնորդության և մոտիվացիայի իրական օրինակներ՝ ցույց տալու համար, որ հաջողությունը կախված է ոչ թե բնածին տաղանդից, այլ կարողությունների մշակումից։
