Սուրեն Պապիկյանի գյուղում բարեգործության անվան տակ ընտրակաշա՞ռք են բաժանում, «Փաստինֆո»-ի հարցադրումից հետո ֆեյսբուքյան էջից հայտարարությունը հեռացվել է

«Փաստինֆոն»  գրում է․

Պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանի հարենի գյուղում՝ Լոռի Բերդ համայնքում օրերս համայնքի թվով 750 ընտանիքների տրամադրվել են 20 կգ֊ոց սննդի փաթեթներ։ Դրանք  բաժանվել են համայնքապետարանի, «Դիակոնիա» ԲՀԿ-ի և «Մեսենքինդերեն» կազմակերպության հետ ակտիվ համագործակցության շրջանակներում։ 

Սա այն դեպքում, երբ ՀՀ նախագահի ստորագրել է Ազգային Ժողովի ընտրությունների նշանակման օրը, ինչը ենթադրում է, որ այս կամ այն քաղաքական ուժի հետ ասոցացվող բարեգործության կազմակերպությունները չեն կարող բարեգործությամբ զբաղվել, դա կարող է ընկալվել որպես ընտրակաշառք։ 

Տվյալ պարագայում՝ բարեգործության մասին հայտարարությունը հրապարակվել է համայնքապետարանի ֆեյսբուքյան էջում՝ 3 օր առաջ՝ կցելով նաեւ սննդային օգնության փաթեթները, իսկ դրան նախորդող մի քանի այլ  հրապարակումներ վերաբերում էին արդեն Սուրեն Պապիկյանի գործունեությանը. համայնքապետարանը հայտնում էր, թե որքանով են հպարտանում Պապիկյանով։  Նման պայմաններում շատ մեծ ցանկության դեպքում անգամ հնարավոր չէ ասել, որ համայնքապետարանը չի ասոցացվում որեւէ քաղաքական ուժի հետ, երբ լծված են կոնկրետ քաղաքական ուժը ներկայացնող պաշտոնյայի քարոզչության գործին։
Ի դեպ,  «Մեսենքինդերեն» ընկերությունը  հոլանդական է, որը ակտիվ գործունեություն է իրականացնում, Ալբանիայում, Մոլդովայում և Հայաստանում, դե իսկ Հայաստանում մոլդովական սցենար կիրառելու հնարավորության ջատագովը  հենց ՀՀ իշխանություններն են։ 

«Փաստինֆոն» փորձեց կապ հաստատել համայնքի ղեկավար Արայիկ Ներսիսյանի հետ և ճշտել, թե բարեգործության օրենքի արգելքի մասին տեղյա՞կ է, թե ոչ։ Զրույցի սկզբում Ներսիսյանն ամենևին էլ դեմ չէր մեզ հետ զրուցել, սակայն երբ տեղեկացրինք, թե որն է լինելու զրույցի թեմա՝ պարզվեց Ներսիսյանի մոտ հրատապ խորհրդակցություն կա ու նա շտապես անջատել լսափողը՝ խոստանալով քիչ անց կապ հաստետել մեզ հետ։  

Հետադարձ զանգ Ներսիսյանից մենք իհարկե չստացանք, սակայն զրույցից վայրկյաններ անց համայնքապետարանի էջից անհետացան բարեգործության մասին գրառումը և լուսանկարները, որոնք իհարկե մենք հասցրել էինք պահպանել։ Ստացվում է, որ համայնքապետարանում հրաշալի գիտակցում են, որ բարեգործությունն այս փուլում կարող է ընկալվել որպես ընտրակաշառք։
