Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը չի մասնակցի Երևանում առաջիկայում կայանալիք Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի գագաթնաժողովին։ Այդ մասին հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովը։ Նրա խոսքով՝ Իլհամ Ալիևի մայիս ամսվա խիտ գրաֆիկը և օրացույցը նման այց չեն նախատեսում։ «Իմ տվյալներով՝ Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի գագաթնաժողովին, որը կկայանա մայիսին Հայաստանում, Ադրբեջանի նախագահի մասնակցություն չի նախատեսվում։ Այս ձևաչափի շրջանակներում ներկայացվածությունն իրականացվում է բացառապես պետությունների ղեկավարների մակարդակով, ինչը համապատասխանում է դրա սկզբնական հայեցակարգին»,- հայտարարել է Բայրամովը։

Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի 8-րդ գագաթնաժողովը կանցկացվի Երևանում՝ 2026 թվականի մայիսի 4-ին։ Թուրքիան առայժմ ոչ հերքել, ոչ հաստատել է նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի մասնակցության հնարավորությունը։ Բայց հաշվի առնելով ձևավորված ավանդույթը, որ Թուրքիան ՀՀ-ի հետ հարաբերությունները շաղկապում է Ադրբեջանի հետ կարգավորման հետ, իսկ շատ հարցերում միասնական դիրքորոշում է որդեգրում, կարելի է անվրեպ գուշակել, որ Թուրքիայի նախագահն էլ կհրաժարվի Երևան գալու մտքից։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համար այս հանգամանքը, իհարկե, լուրջ հարված է լինելու։ Նա Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի գագաթնաժողովը փորձում է օգտագործել թե՛ անձնական քարոզչության, թե՛ Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու համար։ Իսկ այժմ, երբ Ալիևն ու Էրդողանը չգան Հայաստան, այդ երկրների հետ կարգավորման մասին Փաշինյանի բոլոր հայտարարությունները անլուրջ են դիտվելու։
