Ռաիսա Մկրտչյանը նշում է ծննդյան 84-րդ տարեդարձը

ՀՀ ժողովրդական արտիստ, Մովսես Խորենացու մեդալակիր, «Հայրենիքին մատուցած ծառայությունների համար» 1-ին աստիճանի շքանշանակիր Ռաիսա Մկրտչյանն այսօր նշում է ծննդյան 84-րդ տարեդարձը: ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը և նախարարի տեղակալ Դանիել Դանիելյանն այցելել են սիրված երգչուհուն՝ շնորհավորելու տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ:
Նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը Ռաիսա Մկրտչյանին մաղթել է քաջառողջություն, անսպառ էներգիա և նորանոր ներշնչումներ:
Նա ընդգծել է՝ տարեդարձը և մյուս կարևոր առիթները հնարավորություն են գնահատելու սիրված երգչուհու արվեստն ու ստեղծագործությունները. «Շնորհակալություն ենք հայտում Ձեզ երկարամյա բեղուն գործունեության, հայ երաժշտարվեստում ունեցած ավանդի և ներդրման համար: Մեր այցը գնահատանքի խոսք ասելու և Ձեր ներկայությունը վայելելու առիթ է: Գիտեմ, որ հիմա էլ ակտիվ աշխատում եք ուսանողների հետ, շփվում երիտասարդների հետ և Ձեր հարուստ փորձը փոխանցում նոր սերնդին: Ձեր թողած հետքը հայ երգարվեստի պատմության մեջ նշանակալի է. լիահույս եմ՝ Ձեր ներկայությունը դեռ երկար տարիներ կվայելենք: Մաղթում ենք անսպառ եռանդ և էներգիա, բեղուն ստեղծագործական գործունեություն»:
Ռաիսա Մկրտչյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել գնահատանքի և արժևորման համար՝ նշելով, որ երգելու և աշխատելու եռանդն ու ցանկությունը միշտ կա, և որքան երկար կարողանա աշխատել, վայելել բեմական կանքը, այնքան լավ ինքնազգացողություն կունենա:
Այցի շրջանակում նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը Ռաիսա Մկրտչյանին տեղեկացրել է, որ հեղինակային իրավունքի ոլորտում նախարարությունը գործընկեր կազմակերպությունների և կառույցների հետ նախաձեռնել է օրենսդրական բարեփոխումներ՝ ոլորտում առկա բացերը վերացնելու, արվեստագետների ժառանգության հեղինակային իրավունքները պաշտպանելու նպատակով։
Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը նշել է նաև, որ նախարարությունը պատրաստակամ է մշտապես աջակցելու սիրված երգչուհուն ստեղծագործական և համերգային գործունեության հետ կապված հարցերում։
