Եթե Ուկրաինային չզինեն՝ ՌԴ-ն բանակցությունների չի գնա․ լրացավ պատերազմի 4-րդ տարին

Ուղիղ չորս տարի առաջ՝ 2022 թվականի փետրվարի 24-ի վաղ առավոտյան, Ռուսաստանը լայնամասշտաբ ներխուժում սկսեց Ուկրաինայի դեմ: Այդ օրվանից ի վեր ռազմական գործողությունները չեն դադարում։
Ինչպիսի՞ն է իրավիճակը ռազմաճակատում այսօր։
Oragir.News-ի հետ զրույցում ռազմական փորձագետ Լեոնիդ Ներսիսյանը նկատեց, որ վերջին երկու ամիսների ընթացքում ռազմաճակատի գծում տեղաշարժ գրեթե չկա, բայց մարտերն ուղեկցվում են երկուստեք մեծաքանակ զոհերով։
«Մենք չենք տեսնում որևէ զգալի տակտիկական փոփոխություններ, որոնք կազդեն օպերատիվ կամ ռազմավարական մակարդակի վրա։ 2022 թվականից հետո կողմերը գլոբալ առումով ռազմավարական հաջողություններ չեն ունեցել։
Այս պահին Ռուսաստանը թեթև է գործում, և այն հանգեցնում է դանդաղ առաջխաղացման։ Չնայած Ռուսաստանը պատերազմում կիրառում է իր ռազմավարական ռեսուրսները, էական բեկում դեռևս չի նկատվում»,- ասաց նա։
Հարցին՝ արդյո՞ք Եվրոպան ու Արևմուտքը կշարունակեն զինել Ուկրաինային, թե՞ կողմերը կնստեն բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ, Ներսիսյանը պատասխանեց. «Այս երկու գործընթացները փոխկապակցված են, բայց ոչ այնպես, ինչպես թվում է առաջին հայացքից։ Եթե Արևմուտքը դադարեցնի Ուկրաինայի վերազինումը, Ռուսաստանը պարզապես չի գնա բանակցությունների։ Թեև ԱՄՆ-ն շարունակում է զենք մատակարարել, այսօր ամերիկյան զենքի համար ավելի շատ վճարում են եվրոպացիները»։
Փորձագետը շեշտեց, որ բանակցությունների ընթացքը չի նշանակում, որ սպառազինության մատակարարումները կանգ են առնելու, քանի որ չորս տարի անց էլ Ուկրաինայում իրավիճակը մնում է անորոշ։
Լեոնիդ Ներսիսյանը կարծիք հայտնեց, որ մարտադաշտում տեղի ունեցողը կապված չէ բանակցային պրոցեսի հետ։ Պատերազմի նոր ուժգնացումը կախված է լինելու բացառապես նրանից, թե կողմերից որին կհաջողվի ավելի շատ ռեզերվներ կուտակել և պատրաստել նոր գործողությունների համար։
Նշենք, որ Ուկրաինայի նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Կիրիլ Բուդանովն այսօր հայտարարել է, որ Ժնևում, փետրվարի 26-27-ին նախատեսված է ԱՄՆ-ի և Ռուսաստանի և հետ բանակցությունների նոր փուլը։
