««Եվրասիա-Հայաստան» և ԷՐԱ կազմակերպեցին գործնական թրեյնինգ երիտասարդների հետ աշխատող մասնագետների համար

Կրթամշակութային կենտրոն «Եվրասիա-Հայաստան»-ում, համագործակցելով հասարակական կազմակերպություն ԷՐԱ-ի ղեկավարների հետ, անցկացվեց գործնական թրեյնինգ՝ ուղղված երիտասարդների հետ աշխատող մասնագետներին և հասարակական նախաձեռնությունների զարգացմանը։

Ծրագրի հիմնական բաժիններն ու ներկայացումները վարեցին Միշել Արգամովնա Միքայելյանը, Ռեբեկկա Казարյանը և Մերի Մանուկյանը։ Հանդիպման ձևաչափը կառուցված էր որպես կենդանի երկխոսություն և իրական պրակտիկա՝ առանց ավելորդ ձևականությունների և տեսական ծանրաբեռնվածության։

Մասնակիցները քննարկեցին այն խնդիրները, որոնց բախվում են ամեն օր․ ինչպես կառուցել կայուն և հասկանալի կազմակերպական կառուցվածք, ինչպես արդյունավետ կազմակերպել ներքին գործընթացները, ինչպես աշխատել երիտասարդների հետ և գաղափարները վերածել երկարաժամկետ, գործունակ նախագծերի։ Կենտրոնում էին իրական դեպքեր, փորձված գործիքներ և մոտեցումներ, որոնք արդեն ապացուցել են իրենց արդյունավետությունը և կարող են անմիջապես կիրառվել աշխատանքում։

Հանդիպման գլխավոր եզրակացությունը հստակ էր․ արդյունքը ծնվում է այնտեղ, որտեղ կան հասկանալի քայլեր, բաց հաղորդակցություն և մարդկանց նկատմամբ հարգանք։

Կազմակերպիչները շնորհակալություն հայտնեցին բոլոր մասնակիցներին՝ ներգրավվածության, հարցերի և վստահության համար։ «Եվրասիա-Հայաստան» և ԷՐԱ շարունակելու են համատեղ աշխատանքը՝ պրակտիկայի, երկխոսության և նոր նախագծերի միջոցով, որոնք ուղղված են հասարակական կազմակերպությունների զարգացմանը և երիտասարդական նախաձեռնությունների աջակցությանը։

 «Եվրասիա» ԻՀԿ-ն՝ միջազգային համագործակցության զարգացմանն աջակցող ինքնավար ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպություն է, որը մասնավոր միջոցներով իրականացնում է հումանիտար նախագծեր՝ ուղղված ավանդական արժեքների պահպանմանը և միջմշակութային հաղորդակցության զարգացմանը։ «Եվրասիա»-ն աջակցում է սոցիալապես կարևոր նախաձեռնություններին, հնարավորություն է տալիս տարբեր մշակույթների մարդկանց շփվել միմյանց հետ, զարգացնում է կրթության, բժշկության, երիտասարդական փոխանակման ոլորտներում նախագծեր։
