Վրաստանի ֆինանսների նախարարությունը պարզաբանել է Կոբիում խցանված հայկական բեռնատարների հետ կապված իրավիճակը

Վրաստանում խցանված են տարբեր հայ արտահանողների պատկանող ավելի քան 100 բեռնատարներ, որոնք հիմնականում բեռնված էին շինանյութերով։ Փոխադրողները Sputnik Armenia-ին ասել են, որ խնդիրը ծագել է փետրվարի 12-ին. բեռնատարները կանգնեցվել են Կոբիի տերմինալում (TIR park), որը գտնվում է Վերին Լարսի (Կազբեգի) անցակետի մոտ։ Վարորդները պնդում են, որ իրենց փաստաթղթերին առնչվող խնդիրներ չեն ունեցել, սակայն վրացական կողմն ուշացման հստակ բացատրություն չի տվել։
Հայկական բեռնատարները տարանցիկ խնդիրների են հանդիպել դեռևս 2025 թվականի գարնանը/ամռանը՝ կոնյակ և հեղուկ գազ մատակարարելիս։ Սակայն սա այս տարվա առաջին նման միջադեպն է։
Վրաստանի ֆինանսների նախարարության եկամուտների ծառայությունից Sputnik Armenia-ին հայտնել են, որ հայ փոխադրողների համար որևէ խոչընդոտ չի ստեղծվում։
«Արհեստական խոչընդոտներ չկան. իրականացվում են ստանդարտ մաքսային վերահսկողության ընթացակարգեր։ Փուլային մաքսազերծումն արդեն սկսվել է և կշարունակվի» - հայտնել են գերատեսչությունում։
Նրանք ընդգծել են, որ հայ վարորդների նկատմամբ ավելի խիստ կամ հատուկ վերահսկողության միջոցառումներ չեն կիրառվում։ Դրանք ենթարկվում են միայն ստանդարտ մաքսային ընթացակարգերի։
Հիշեցնենք, որ հայկական բեռնատարները ավանդաբար կազմում են Վրաստանով անցնող բոլոր տարանցիկ փոխադրումների մոտ 40%-ը։ 2025 թվականի վերջին 11 ամիսների ընթացքում հայ փոխադրողները Վրաստանով տարանցման համար մոտ 23 միլիոն դոլար են վճարել։
